Marie Hartenstein I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am for them to replace my regulator and passengers side window. I was told it should be done by 1 pm. Got a call at 9:30 and it was done. Great place. Professional. And fast. So glad I found these guys!!!!!!

Tyler Luyster Amanda is awesome- anytime I need a rental, she has one. She’s very helpful in understanding the repairs process and walks you through what you need to do. If there’s an issue, she’ll do what you can to make it right. The boys in the shop are top notch. I have had a couple of cars repaired there and there was never any issues. I haven’t had their towing service yet, but I know Tim knows his stuff and will probably do his best to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

dominique biasutto I highly recommend Gordon’s garage to everyone . I had the transmission rebuilt in my Chevy 3500 . Jerry is a 2nd generation transmission guru. I live 1 1/2 hours away and with that being said Jerry is the only person who I will let diagnose and work on all my transmission needs .

Michael Crandell I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.

David Solomon John Newton of Newtons Reconditioning did some really fantastic body work for us after our 2011 Hyundai Elantra was struck by another motorist. My wife and I have had an occasional fender bender over the last forty, so we definitely know good work from bad or mediocre work. John Newtons work is exceptional and he does it with no fuss. If you want exceptional automotive body repair work by a man who really takes pride in his work and also does it for a very fair price, we recommend that you see John.
