She made the entire process so easy, I did everything over the phone with her after looking and test driving the jeep I wanted to buy, she busted her butt to do what she had to do to get me in the jeep! Once approved she arranged it so my new jeep was brought to me and they picked up my old jeep transferred the plates and insurance they even helped my husband moved all my stuff from my old jeep to my new jeep, I didn’t have to take time off work signed the papers right at my job and drove my brand new jeep home! Alaskan Malamute Horrible place! Dragged my car side ways across the parking lot and never released the transmission so my 4WD was in neutral to load it on the tow truck. Broke the internal steering wheel lock, ripped off my front bumper and scratched the hood and fender with the tow chain. Then they said "You cant prove any of what happened!" Turns out the parking lot I was in had security cameras and caught it all on tape! AND 3 people in the shopping area Videotaped the entire mess with their cell phones! AAA is going after this place! BEWARE if you want to keep your car in one piece! See the photos!
