After finally bringing my car in, Heather in the office and the guy in the shop who did the actual work were just incredible!! I’ve told everyone I’ve dealt with since to go to them!!! I owe the whole crew a drink at Park Place!!! Great service, great price!

Tyler Luyster Amanda is awesome- anytime I need a rental, she has one. She’s very helpful in understanding the repairs process and walks you through what you need to do. If there’s an issue, she’ll do what you can to make it right. The boys in the shop are top notch. I have had a couple of cars repaired there and there was never any issues. I haven’t had their towing service yet, but I know Tim knows his stuff and will probably do his best to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Brittany White My family has been going to G&M since I was a kid (Im 34 now). Their work is always quality, their prices are good, and I never feel like Im being taken advantage of. Cant recommend them enough. I also never feel talked down to as a woman dealing with automotive issues. If I have questions, they take the time to thoughtfully answer them (like when I had to learn about how carburetors differ from fuel injection systems when I bought an 85 Chevy S-10 and the helped me get it tuned up).

Kelly “Sunnyflower67” Excellent customer service and teaching skills are top notch. Kids are learning how theyll need to conduct themselves out in the world of paying jobs theyll need to keep. Technology careers are the way to go in the country, and have been for the past 15 years at least IMO. I feel comfortable taking my cars there. They are selective in what they take in, however. It matters what the future mechanics are learning that quarter. I should mention that girls are just as much encouraged to pick auto shop and are welcomed by the instructors and treated no different. I feel qualified to review because my daughter attended Norwich Tech and had many friends in the auto shop, and visited the shop a lot.

Michael Crandell I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.

Rachael Budd Amazing experience here! The staff is kind and helpful without being condescending towards someone who doesn’t know cars. Pricing was reasonable and I’m very happy with the repairs made in my car. I really appreciated the communication and humor of the staff.

dominique biasutto I highly recommend Gordon’s garage to everyone . I had the transmission rebuilt in my Chevy 3500 . Jerry is a 2nd generation transmission guru. I live 1 1/2 hours away and with that being said Jerry is the only person who I will let diagnose and work on all my transmission needs .
