Robert Sand Tammy and Mike VonBank are truly some wonderful people. They brought my totaled Subaru back to life and looking great. I was totally surprised to see that Tammy had detailed the interior to the extent it felt new. In conclusion all I can saw is wow.

Shorty Sam was a very knowledgeable salesman. He was courteous and not pushy at all, which was a plus to me because a pushy salesman will make me go elsewhere. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he found it. He offered me other suggestions in case they couldnt find exactly what I wanted. They didnt have the color I wanted, so he reached to other dealerships and found the one I wanted. He put up with my numerous phone calls while they were looking for the trailblazer I wanted. All in all when I go looking for my next vehicle I will first see what McCredy has to offer and if Sam is still working there I will go see him first. Thank you Sam and McCredy Motors.

Dennis Harlow Through AAA’s geographical fencing, Hoffman Enterprises wrecker service was provided to me to tow my vehicle. It was a hot Sunday afternoon. Jon promptly informed me of the status above and beyond what AAA did. He also left his phone number so that if I had any subsequent issues while I waited for his tow. He drove me to my house, unloaded a bunch of gear from my vehicle and went on his way to drop at my shop for repairs. Jon offered repairs however, more than likely this was warranty work done by my own shop. I’d highly recommend Hoffman Enterprises, and Jon’s communication, knowledge and flexibility are superb.

Marie Hartenstein I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am for them to replace my regulator and passengers side window. I was told it should be done by 1 pm. Got a call at 9:30 and it was done. Great place. Professional. And fast. So glad I found these guys!!!!!!

Michael Crandell I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.
