Samantha Speenburgh I went here on my day off looking for Ashley, she was off but Paul asked me what I was looking for then took me around the lot and found the vehicle I wanted, I told him I was looking to work with Ashley, he gave her all my information and Ashley called me the next day when she was in. Ashley provided me such a great experience! She made the entire process so easy, I did everything over the phone with her after looking and test driving the jeep I wanted to buy, she busted her butt to do what she had to do to get me in the jeep! Once approved she arranged it so my new jeep was brought to me and they picked up my old jeep transferred the plates and insurance they even helped my husband moved all my stuff from my old jeep to my new jeep, I didn’t have to take time off work signed the papers right at my job and drove my brand new jeep home! I will be a forever customer of Ashley! Thank you so much!

Michael Crandell I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.

David Solomon John Newton of Newtons Reconditioning did some really fantastic body work for us after our 2011 Hyundai Elantra was struck by another motorist. My wife and I have had an occasional fender bender over the last forty, so we definitely know good work from bad or mediocre work. John Newtons work is exceptional and he does it with no fuss. If you want exceptional automotive body repair work by a man who really takes pride in his work and also does it for a very fair price, we recommend that you see John. Dennis Harlow Through AAA’s geographical fencing, Hoffman Enterprises wrecker service was provided to me to tow my vehicle. It was a hot Sunday afternoon. Jon promptly informed me of the status above and beyond what AAA did. He also left his phone number so that if I had any subsequent issues while I waited for his tow. He drove me to my house, unloaded a bunch of gear from my vehicle and went on his way to drop at my shop for repairs. Jon offered repairs however, more than likely this was warranty work done by my own shop. I’d highly recommend Hoffman Enterprises, and Jon’s communication, knowledge and flexibility are superb.

Tony Schultheis These guys are great !!! Very reasonable prices and great work. I just had front & rear brakes put on my 2020 RAV 4. They had the best price in the area by far. I saved at least $200.00 over anyone else. I will definitely be using them again.
