Roseanna Grimsley We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

Sarah Emery I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!

Natasha Stamati I only have amazing things to say about this practice. I came in for a consult, and after being seen and examined they went over all possible treatment plans. They were very transparent about the whole process. I had some questions and Dr. Caspary answered them all, so I felt very confident in scheduling surgery with him. Dr. Caspary was very attentive during all follow up appointments, and generally made me very comfortable and confident in my choice. The office staff is also amazing! Check in was always smooth, and they always showed care and professionalism. They really make you feel like family!

David Smith The office staff is very efficient and helpful. It is great to see them smile and treat you like they actually want to be there! The nurses were kind and caring. I think Dr. England is very knowledgeable and well versed on each issue that arises. However, he breaks the visit down so that the patient understands the treatment option. I never get the sense that he is rushing through the visit. He takes time to explain the details as he reviews the materials and tests. Dr. England is a great asset to the Bay County community!!

Todd Gill I just want to thank you for saving my life. In 2013 i over dosed on pain meds and sleep meds. I was active duty Air Force at the time. The military ward was amazing the staff was all great. The food was really good. Thank you. Todd

Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

kathy tucker Dr A is a good caring dr . My husband and I both see him he is kind patient really listens to you . Always gets us feeling better . And Christa Brown is very good as well.

Nancy Gill I am 74 and have had pain & inflammation due to patella dislocation since my 20s. A replacement was recommended. I had immediate relief, no more sharp, stabbing pain. I will have my other knee done. Dr Farrah really cares and spends as much time as I wanted. His staff is professional & efficient & compassionate & well trained. I highly recommend this office.and procedure.

Tiki wakeford I have been a patient of AUI for the last 8+ years and my visit with PA Hurley was my best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of stones and procedures and that has not been my previous experiences. She was not annoyed with my questions and answered them all in detail. For the first time with this practice, I felt cared for and not just a number. Thank you!
