5 /5 Tiki wakeford: I have been a patient of AUI for the last 8+ years and my visit with PA Hurley was my best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of stones and procedures and that has not been my previous experiences. She was not annoyed with my questions and answered them all in detail. For the first time with this practice, I felt cared for and not just a number. Thank you!

5 /5 Bryan ferns: PA Adriana Hernandez was very professional and greeting with beautiful and warm smile and heart. She made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to about uneasy issues to talk about for me. I felt she really truly cares and made me feel at ease. She helped me with some issues to didnt even know I had and help know what to keep and i on and resolve issues. She treated all my medical needs and issues. Actually the best urologist Ive met and been comfortable talking to. The whole staff was very helpful. Thank you!!!!

4 /5 Callie Swartz: As a new patient, I felt like I was "herded" through this appointment like a cow in a cattle shute. I was in and out in 15 minutes or would have been had I not insisted on time to finish filling out my "paperwork" while sitting in the checkout room after my evaluation by the MD! Staff snd MD were pleasant enough although if I had not had enough calmness to be able to ask questions, Im pretty sure I would have left very confused. Makes me wonder what the almighty hurry was all about and definitely like a customer and not a patient!

4 /5 Barbara Hughes: Staff did not know my history and didnt understand my need for urinalysis ASAP would not let me come and void a specimen at office. Also going to offer an appointment on March 25. I HAVE CANCER!!. I had a fit. I had reached my emotional and physical end I was on my way to office in a Uber when.I called to let them know I was on my way. Told if I was over 15min late, he would not be seen had to see him to get urinalysis. I told them I would wait They told me no. Thats when I lost it told them my hx and need for clearance from Dr C.Finally told I could come the next day. I explained to Dr C and he took me out to nurses desk. He introduced me and told them my situation. He reminded them to remember me. Next I have no problems with Dr C He saved me twice with sepsis due to kidney stones. I trust him and believe he will give me the best care. I try to be the southern lady but the older you get and you collect more problems some of the nice behavior is gone. I can apologize for my rant but at 80yrs old and taking of of myself I will speak up for myself. My ugly side will come out. Thats not how I want to behave. I only want to be heard and some understanding. I would go see Dr C if his office was a tent in a parking lot. I do believe the staff tries to follow his rules It was a bad day and and I was the worst..
