brittney smith I had a wonderful birth experience with Dr. J with my second child. I saw him frequently while at the hospital, and he was always kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. His office staff was always friendly and were happy to find out any answers to questions I had when I called. If I were having any more children, he would be the dr I go too! Thanks again doc!

Steve Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.

Holly Corne My sons eye was swollen shut on a Sunday, so I looked online for a clinic opened. Emerald Coast Walk-in Clinic was open and had very good reviews, so I decided to make the 40 minute trip there. Their online registration is easy and fast tracks having to wait in office. I was in the waiting room no more than 20 minutes, and we were seen as soon as we were put in a room. The doctor was super nice and professional and was able to diagnose my son quickly. We were in and put and on our way home within 50 minutes which is heaven sent when you have a 6 month old that doesnt feel well. If we have a weekend sickness again, I will definitely be returning here.

Jeff Hollis Dr Ramos is a fantastic doctor. I have been a patient for four years. He is understanding and easy to talk to. He listens well and answers all questions in an easily understandable way. He certainly does a through exam and goes over everything in detail. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Clark Dr. Klin is an amazing and caring doctor, yes his wait times in the waiting area are long, but he is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Yes, his office runs behind with appointments, but how is that his fault? He does not schedule his appointments, he also only has afternoon appointments as he is in surgery every morning and is the on call surgeon/Dr for the main hospital - give the a guy a break! I have been there almost 7pm a t night but do you think the doctor himself would want to be there himself after being there in surgery from early in the morning.

Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Jeremy Rasler Let me start by saying as an ER nurse myself with 22 years experience, for a small community Critical Access Hospital this facility is Amazing! Both ER nurses Monica RN (Charge) & Star LPN were top notch clinicians both of whom deserve Daisy Awards for outstanding patient care and going above and beyond to make sure I was stabilized until they could get me transferred to another facility for higher level of care! The physician was also wonderful but unfortunately I do not remember his name. Moreover should you need true emergency care this community hospital it on top of patient care and assessment. The emergency department staff truly know now to stabilize and get you the care you need. Because of my illness I was transferred to another facility via Ambulance which also went very smoothly and EMS also did their best to try and keep me as comfortable as possible. Tiki wakeford I have been a patient of AUI for the last 8+ years and my visit with PA Hurley was my best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of stones and procedures and that has not been my previous experiences. She was not annoyed with my questions and answered them all in detail. For the first time with this practice, I felt cared for and not just a number. Thank you!

David Smith The office staff is very efficient and helpful. It is great to see them smile and treat you like they actually want to be there! The nurses were kind and caring. I think Dr. England is very knowledgeable and well versed on each issue that arises. However, he breaks the visit down so that the patient understands the treatment option. I never get the sense that he is rushing through the visit. He takes time to explain the details as he reviews the materials and tests. Dr. England is a great asset to the Bay County community!!
