1 /5 Lady Tee: The medical Asst speaks Spanish and be laughing all loud. As an English speaking patient. I feel uncomfortable because I feel like we are being talked about. The waiting time is horrible too!

1 /5 Sami Bratkovic: They do not call back, they wont call the pharmacy back. They wont take the very insurance they told us they would take. They are liars and making my 9 year old daughter go without her meds for absolutely no reason. Garbage place. The receptionist without an accent is awful.

1 /5 Moore Tia: We was call to the back after waiting 2 hrs after our arrival. The lady called our last name. She took my child vitals and weight. Then told us to wait in the chairs by the vital machine to wait for a room. After waiting in the chair area for 10 mins she comes and ask my child first name. Wait are you kidding. When you called us you were supposed to verify both names. Then we get a room. The male medical assistant comes in and says oh we sorry we was calling another family with the same last name. Ok, if that’s so why no other family got up!!! Then he says but since his co worker got our vitals it’s ok. Then they was have loud Conversations. Laughing and horse playing around while families are in the lobby waiting. I expected a more professional environment, especially with us being a new patient.

5 /5 Carolina Hoyer: Im glad I didnt let the negative reviews keep me from taking my baby here. Staff was helpful from the very first phone call. They were flexible with the consultation payment being based off my income. Nurse & doctor were really attentive and I felt like my baby was in good hands. Their pharmacy on 9th Ave was affordable too. I even got a phone call the next day asking if I needed assistance getting my son on medicaid. Grateful for this place.

5 /5 Crystal Wilson: My family and I love Dr. Lanza! We really love all the nurses and the staff as well. They have been really great at meeting the needs of my children and we are very thankful for each of them!
