Lowe Michael (Max Wolf) I took my child here for his neurology appointment. Everyone was very helpful while we were in the building the security guards were especially helpful when my phone ran out of power and I did not have a port to charge it with me. The added bonus of going to these offices is being able to have a Wendys meal and a Frosty.

Lindsy McMillan I was incredibly impressed with the care I received from HCA Florida West Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease. The doctors were highly skilled and genuinely concerned about my well-being, and the nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. This hospital truly stands out for its exceptional quality of care and compassionate atmosphere; I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Alyssa Matthews I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I told these people that I have temporal lobe epilepsy and had not been getting the nutrients my body needs because of the intestinal issues that they found over a month ago and gastro still hadnt gotten back with me to get me in... I told them I needed nutrition because without it I would start seizing.... they left me sitting for 5 hours while everyone else was treated. Eventually I started seeing things that werent there because left temporal lobe seizures cause hallucinations... they kicked me out... for an epileptic rage they caused by refusing to help. I could have sat alone in my house and died of seizures... they never gave us the results of my blood tests, people took blood without gloves and no marked vials.. they even told me that they did not have a patient advocate when I asked for one after 5 hours of sitting without fluids, or nutrition bags while I watched them do the exact thing for everyone else. In the shared room we were packed into. This was a horrendous way to be treated by medical staff who should be training in left temporal lobe seizures... but clearly they cant do that. Do not go here. Oh and Im contacting a lawyer. What they did to me was illegal and they are now charging my insurance for nothing.

Alexandra T We brought my 3M old daughter here & she stayed for 4 days. In those 4 days she became a baby I didn’t even recognize . She is now happy & healthy & I couldn’t thank the staff more. Her nurses were amazing & very attentive & the cleaning crew was great.The only complaint I have is that your answering staff needs work. I called one night to check on my daughter and the man who answered told me she was NOT a patient there which is very alarming . I called 3 times and that was the answer I got after giving the spelling of her name and date of birth. Me and my husband were about to pack our toddler up and head there at 2 am. The fourth time I called a man named Alex answered and transferred me over to my daughter’s nurse . But in regards to the doctors and nurses we had great care

Terry Hill Dr. DeCampos is absolutely a caring, logical and transparent doctor, who articulates her diagnosis through talking, and showing results of tests and her own examination findings. I feel heard and her answers to all of my concerns while properly diagnosing my issues have turned my life around. In addition, she has recommended other proper physicians for issues which need attention. In the course of conversations with others, I’ve also discovered she is held in high regard with others who she has seen as a patient. Dr. DeCampo is absolutely amazing and I can recommend her to anyone.

Samuel Hobbs The doctors are nice the place is neat our kids have been coming here for years. The kids fell safe with them and the employees are sweet thanks for the work they do I think you should take your kids there to them also.

rob rable fun place, very strange, can wander around in the halls to check out the weird art and artifacts in the display cases. kind of maze like and fun to get “lost”. the gelato place on the ground floor is excellent.
