5 /5 Andrew Hobbs: Everyone here is wonderful & they truly care about the patient! I never have to wait very long for my appointment & I get plenty of time with my provider. A friend recommended them to me & I recommend this facility to others. Theyre also very fast with outside referrals & messaging on the portal.

1 /5 Rene Abel: My mom felll while visiting my sister and had two compression fractures and while they were dealing with this we found out she has cancer . It took us 6 months to get her well enough with her immune therapy to get home. Just enough time to get reestablished with Sam Tracy so we can hurry and get her immune therapy restarted again here as well as treating acute bed sores and establishing her home health for rehab as well...I begged them for 6 days to please fax over the paper so home health could help her . The staff continued to tell me that everybody was always on lunch break who I needed to speak to . Even at 2:00pm management on lunch break.when that was said I asked for her name and then she said that the managers light is o. So she will get her .Then they said the orders were on Sam’s desk just waiting for her to send . Finally I messaged management in the main hospital and at that point I help. Don’t ever take your elderly to this facility. I was told prior by a home health facility that specific facility will delay everything and they were right. I had to make my own doctor appointment for my mom to see a counselor doctor. And they never message back for that appointment and my mom has cancer.

5 /5 Departmentofdefense: Michael Kasiban is one of the best Doctors Ive ever been to. He listens, he cares, and hes compassionate. He has the best beside manner Ive ever seen. Thank you Dr for your old school caring. They sure dont make Drs like you anymore. The staff is great as well. Thank you all!!

5 /5 Dawn Greenberg: We didn’t wait long in the waiting room at all and we also didn’t wait long to see the NP. She was fantastic and really listened to my son and was thorough with her treatment. She also was able to get me paperwork that was desperately needed so fast when the other Dr we saw almost a month ago has failed to do. I also appreciate that they have good appointment availability so if there is an issue with my sons health, the ER or urgent care isn’t the only option. I’m so glad we found this office and level of care!

4 /5 Sara Dean: Dr. Kasabian, as well as any other staff I have dealt with at this location, are quick and efficient. I would not say personable but nice enough. I did not appreciate waiting nearly an hour for an appointment made a year ago but once I got to a room, I spent 5 minutes, tops, with the assistant and Dr. I was there for an annual exam but felt so rushed that I didnt mention any questions or concerns I wanted to talk about. I only go here for a job related annual exam so I probably wont go through the effort to locate another primary care doctor but I hope to have a better experience next year.
