Britt The wait is sometimes long depending on what time and day you come. As far as the people who are at the front window, people saying theyre rude, they do deal with a lot of people. Theres only 2 who work up front. Yes they need more. The 2 ladys who work up front are nice and helpful, theres times they have their days but again its only the 2 of them with lots of people. So I do like the staff and the place, you just have to deal with it. If you dont like it then you could go to the fairfield office which they take forever to get to you! Your choice though. I prefer palafox location though.

Patrick Miller Hi, I want to share my experience of Dr. Waheed at West Florida Hospital . Dr.waheed saved my my life June 27th 2024 . Had a heart attack and Dr.Waheed and his staff was a miracle to have working on me.. Dr and his staff went out there way for any needs I had. I love west Florida hospital is was the very best . Shout outs to Dr.Waheed, perdido bay E.R. STAFF and doctor, life flight emts , nurses johnny, Tina and especially Justin . There are more but I cant remember the names. Thank you all for helping save my life.

nannette hatten Dr White and his wonderful staff make my most dreaded appointment, feel like I’m among friends!!! They are wonderful! They have my utmost gratitude for treating me so well! Dr White is thorough and very knowledgeable. I love that he asked questions!!!

Louise Videau What a great community service to have a clinic next to Waterfront Mission. This is so helpful to the people who are in the area with no transportation to get to a doctors appointment. The staff at the clinic is wonderful. Ryan Bianco is very caring and knowledgable.

Jerome Shannon On January 17, 2025 I was admitted to Baptist Hospital for an aortic aneurysm repair surgery. Following that surgery, I had two brain surgeries on 1/22 and 1/24, and am now receiving radiation therapy and chemotherapy for brain cancer. I can say without a shadow of doubt that Baptist Hospital is a world-class facility dedicated to saving lives and creating the best lives possible for its patients. I was in hospital for ten days and every employee of Baptist made me feel as if my care and my positive outcome was the most important thing to them. The level and quality of care I experienced is absolutely second to none. As I continue my care as an out-patient I am even more impressed with Baptist Hospital and the level of care provided by its employees. Baptist Hospital is just not a health care facility, it is a community of like minded souls who are dedicated to providing every patient with the highest level of care and the most positive outcome for their longterm success. I recommend Baptist Hospital most strongly and with no reservations. I am living proof of the incredible work being done in this facility. Pensacola is lucky to have a hospital of such high standards in our community.

Roxanne Walker The Dr and staff were nice and friendly. Wait time was fast. Been there 3 times great experience every time. No complaints from me.

Michayla Galloway Personally, the people in this office including the “Doctor” I see are actually rude. I came to this office in 2022 and informed them that I wanted to be able to conceive shortly after I got married in 2024 and that I would need help. It’s 2025 and Kristin Foster hasn’t helped me or explained anything to me AT ALL about MY body. She hasn’t helped improve my body, she hasn’t helped me understand my body, and she hasn’t helped me get to the goal I am desperately working hard for. I’ve heard good things about her so I’ve been trying to stay patient but this side of herself that she’s shown me is actually so disheartening and my heart continuously breaks when she repeatedly lets me down. As for the other women in this office that answer phones, etc. They need to be a little more sensitive when answering the phones and be less rude.

Natalie Lackey Just LOVE Kim, Dr. Alexander, Jennifer Heath,PA, Johanna Raj,Nurse Practiioner, and Dana Koger at the Wellness Center. They are caring, kind, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and provide high quality individual service. I would HIGHLY recommend our Wellness center for sick visits, wellness screenings, health/lifestyle coaching, and labs.

John Ransom I usually dread dealing with government facilities and programs because of the bureaucratic maze you have to navigate to get anything done, however I was pleasantly surprised on my recent visits to the Health Department. The staff was provided the most personable and friendly service I have ever experienced with a government organization. I dealt with 5 individuals over 2 visits and each staff member was very cheerful and helpful. I had an appointment (which speeds things up a lot) and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Main entrance is in the back, the lot entrance on Fairfield is easy to miss.

Theresa Mireles Everything was great except Nurse Cindy had smart ugly comment a couple different times and then Brutally removed my grandson‘s IV tape and IV to the point it made him cry. There was no reason she treated him like that I was shocked my son was very angry and when we said please be a little more gentle, she had the nerve to say, I’ve been doing this for 30 years and she was so ugly and nasty acting. I think she needs to retire because she is old and miserable.
