LisaLisa Martinez Morales Not sure why all the bad reviews. I have been tested four times over the past 10 months at this site (only once at the Sacred Heart Ascension site on Bayou Blvd). They are more efficient and faster results returned every time. Now they are drive thru, which is even better. I recommend all my friends and colleagues to go there. Last two times tested, I got my results within two days, the last time tested on Thursday and texted results were ready on Saturday morning. I think this site and their techs are great.

Alyssa Matthews I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I told these people that I have temporal lobe epilepsy and had not been getting the nutrients my body needs because of the intestinal issues that they found over a month ago and gastro still hadnt gotten back with me to get me in... I told them I needed nutrition because without it I would start seizing.... they left me sitting for 5 hours while everyone else was treated. Eventually I started seeing things that werent there because left temporal lobe seizures cause hallucinations... they kicked me out... for an epileptic rage they caused by refusing to help. I could have sat alone in my house and died of seizures... they never gave us the results of my blood tests, people took blood without gloves and no marked vials.. they even told me that they did not have a patient advocate when I asked for one after 5 hours of sitting without fluids, or nutrition bags while I watched them do the exact thing for everyone else. In the shared room we were packed into. This was a horrendous way to be treated by medical staff who should be training in left temporal lobe seizures... but clearly they cant do that. Do not go here. Oh and Im contacting a lawyer. What they did to me was illegal and they are now charging my insurance for nothing.

Tonya Gentry Dr. Dial was extremely nice. He thoroughly explained the procedure I was having and gave me the same reassurance before heading into surgery, so nothing was a surprise and my surgery went smoothly. His office appointment time was also on time which is saying a lot when you go to a busy practice. I was very glad that he was recommended to me and hope if I need general surgery ever again, he will be the physician doing the surgery.

John Ransom I usually dread dealing with government facilities and programs because of the bureaucratic maze you have to navigate to get anything done, however I was pleasantly surprised on my recent visits to the Health Department. The staff was provided the most personable and friendly service I have ever experienced with a government organization. I dealt with 5 individuals over 2 visits and each staff member was very cheerful and helpful. I had an appointment (which speeds things up a lot) and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Main entrance is in the back, the lot entrance on Fairfield is easy to miss.

Tricia Harmon I’ve been here for 1-1/2 years. And I have loved it. The personal attention I receive has really helped me. I feel like they remember my issues from visit to visit. All the staff are nice and efficient. My mom past last month and Breanna has called me once a week checking on me. I’ve never had a nurse do that. You can tell she cares about her people. Dr Blanchard takes the time to talk with you. And to listen to you. You don’t wait hours and see the Dr for 5 minutes like most Dr offices. They make you feel like family. And as I’m in the waiting room you here the same attention with all the patients.

Everyone from the receptionist that squeezed my daughter in for her appointment after a mistake by the 9th Avenue office about my daughters pediatrician changing locations to the nurse and doctor who also arranged for her to be seen. To the professional and personable nurse and doctor that interacted with my daughter. Its important for children to have a positive impression of doctors offices at a young age and I greatly appreciate the efforts and attitudes of the employees.

Alexandra T We brought my 3M old daughter here & she stayed for 4 days. In those 4 days she became a baby I didn’t even recognize . She is now happy & healthy & I couldn’t thank the staff more. Her nurses were amazing & very attentive & the cleaning crew was great.The only complaint I have is that your answering staff needs work. I called one night to check on my daughter and the man who answered told me she was NOT a patient there which is very alarming . I called 3 times and that was the answer I got after giving the spelling of her name and date of birth. Me and my husband were about to pack our toddler up and head there at 2 am. The fourth time I called a man named Alex answered and transferred me over to my daughter’s nurse . But in regards to the doctors and nurses we had great care

nannette hatten Dr White and his wonderful staff make my most dreaded appointment, feel like I’m among friends!!! They are wonderful! They have my utmost gratitude for treating me so well! Dr White is thorough and very knowledgeable. I love that he asked questions!!!
