Jack Aaronson Kevin is the real deal. He is my motivation. Without him I would not be as dedicated to the gym as I am. His gives 200% to make sure that I am staying on my schedule, my diet, and feeling good about myself. His gym is spacious and private, and I love working out there. I would follow Kevin anywhere and cant recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a trainer who will really understand your needs and goals, and customize a workout to help you achieve the success you want, Kevin is your answer.

Maria Castillo This gym has an amazing community and incredible trainers who are always friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is high-energy and motivating, making it a great place to push yourself and stay consistent. Since joining, I’ve seen a big improvement in my strength and endurance! I highly recommend it to anyone, from beginners to advanced, especially if you enjoy group classes. The coaches also offer personal training.

Julio Mendez I really enjoy working out at LA Fitness and appreciate the facilities. One thing that could make the experience even better would be if the gym opened at 7 a.m. on weekends, similar to other gyms in the Plantation area. This would give members more flexibility to fit in their workouts earlier in the day.

Alexis This is a lagree studio with *heart* - Ive been to a few studios and there is no place like Core954. Phenomenal community. Very warm and welcoming. All of the instructors are top-notch, I appreciate that they are not pushy at all. Your practice is your practice. Erica (the owner) has decades of experience, puts pride in her work and it shows. Shes also certified in block therapy, which has done wonders for my body. I cannot recommend Core954 enough. Just try it. Especially if you havent tried Lagree before - this is your spot.

Danielle Carson I recently had a baby and gained over 40lbs during pregnancy . My goal was to lose at least 20lbs in 3 months ! I started going to Optimal Fitness once cleared by doctor . Mickey (the owner) immediately sat down and helped me with nutritional intake and setting goals that I could achieve with my busy lifestyle as a new mom ! After only 2 months of training with him , not only did I lose my original goal of 20lbs , I loss a Total of 47lbs in just TWO months ! His customer service is amazing , he is always available and very flexible with scheduling his clients ! I recommend this gym to everyone looking to get in the best shapes of their lives ! You won’t be disappointed!

Nicole Friedel I had never tried a cycle class (minus Peloton), so I was nervous on what to expect. This studio is AMAZING. I have become a tad obsessed with the cycle classes. Every time I leave, I can’t wait to come back for my next class. I get sad on the days I work because I can’t make it to a class due to my work hours. It has ignited my passion again to live a healthier and more active lifestyle (after having fallen off the wagon for awhile) and I can already tell a difference in my body and endurance in a few weeks of attending the Music Video Rides. The classes themselves are incredible no matter which instructor is teaching as each has their own style and music taste, which keeps the classes always interesting. I love the loud music and lighting; not to mention class always feels like it goes by so fast which is another bonus !! I never dread my workout here. I can’t wait to try their sculpt classes; i just can’t get away from the cycle classes. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Arkell Quarles Been training at this facility for a few years now and the facility is state of the art and designed really well. When it comes to trainers they have a great caliber but Gemma is unmatched. She’s extremely knowledgeable, great at holding her groups accountable and her programming really worked wonders for me. Coming back to training after having a baby I really needed someone to help me fine tune my form, be flexible with me but also hold me accountable to prioritizing the time for myself and she exceeded my expectations. Can’t recommend her and symmetry enough!

Bruce Rubinowicz We have really enjoyed going to this gym. It’s clean, not crowded and most of the people who use it are friendly. The staff is very helpful and responsive, especially Stephen. We worth going to.

Oreta Cerda WOW! After 2 months I see and feel a considerable difference! I was looking to increase my lung capacity since suffering from covid related reduction. DEF-FTL has exceeded my expectations. Gip, Nikole and Tec are outstanding instructors and have produced engaging exercises/workouts that test my limits every class. I really look forward to each class as no two are ever alike. Thank you DEF-FTL for helping me work towards achieving my goals.
