Michael Nier My home away from home. Ive been coming here since 2015 and am proud when people ask me what gym I go to. Gratitude comes to mind a lot when Im here. The owner Gui, has created an awesome place that provides community to all with like minded goals no matter how different they may be. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get a WOD in and have some fun doing so.

Julio Mendez I really enjoy working out at LA Fitness and appreciate the facilities. One thing that could make the experience even better would be if the gym opened at 7 a.m. on weekends, similar to other gyms in the Plantation area. This would give members more flexibility to fit in their workouts earlier in the day.

Jenny lovez Andrew is hands down one of the best boxing coach I’ve ever had. His passion for the sport, attention to detail, and ability to push you past your limits while keeping training fun and motivating is unmatched. He takes the time to explain technique clearly, breaks everything down step by step, and makes sure you build both skill and confidence with every session. What truly sets Andrew apart is his energy, he inspires you to keep going when you feel like stopping, and celebrates every bit of progress right alongside you. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your advanced skills, Andrew brings out the best in you. If you’re serious about getting stronger, faster, and better at boxing while enjoying the journey, Andrew is the coach you need.

Latoya Rose Jose is the best trainer, he is patient, goes above and beyond, extremely kind to me on a daily basis. He is mannerable, well spoken and treats all clients with respect. He motivates me to wake up early and attend the gym daily even when I dont feel like it. I would recommend to anyone needing a personal trainer 10/10. From Sonia !!!!

Yuly Pavon The staff is top notch. The vibe is amazing and the people are the best at any gym I have attended. The amenities are very new and they have all the equipment you would want in any gym. Including a sauna!! I wouldn’t use any other gym. The rates are also unbeatable!

sara swerdloff Orangetheory fitness is the most amazing gym ever in United States. I’ve been to a lot of gyms I did Zumba. I did LA fitness I did another gym which is a private gym with a trainer. I never built muscle when I came to Orangetheory. I started building muscle. I never love this gym so much in my life I’m so thankful that I could be part of the Orangetheory fitness. Thank you for making my journey so special. I can’t wait for more journeys with you guys. Can’t wait to get my classes up to 2000 and more.

Paul Dudley Just joined best decision I ever made. Henry is an excellent manager and runs a tight ship. Very clean, lots of parking, no wait for machines, and super friendly staff.

Timothy Brophy I was a Yoga Joint member for many years The Yoga Joint is EXPENSIVE, DIRTY and SMELLY. This place is 1/2 the price with UNLIMITED Yoga while the Yoga joint was DOUBLE the price for ONLY 8 sessions. HOTWORX is CLEAN and smells WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommend to my friends and enemies

Marion Carrigan Ive been a member at F45 Coral Ridge for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The workouts are truly for all ages and fitness levels. The studio offers a lot of class times throughout the week so Ive not had any trouble fitting in a workout even when my schedule has been unpredictable. The trainers are so helpful and acknowledge everyone in the class every day, particularly Marissa and Shelby. Love taking their workouts.

Angela Carrasco BEST GYM! Ive been coming here since day 1 of opening. It is convenient for me because I work very close to here but my commute home is a good hour, so i stay and workout to beat the rush hour traffic. It is month to month terms and affordable! The gym has showers, lockers, every piece of equipment you can imagine and more! Its not your typical gym. The Owner Bill is so nice and is there everyday greeting his clients and showing us new ways of doing things. I have been working out for years and I much prefer this gym over any of the other ones I have gone to. I highly recommend CLUB 110!!!! Try it out :)
