Robert Powell Joined about a month back. I been in gyms my whole life. About to turn 76, yikes. This gym has the best equipment in the area, staff is amazing! Total facility is spot on! LA fitness can not compete! Love it ! Just wanted to add the staff has to be the amazing! The variety of equipment is outstanding and helping me make a comeback. Thank you!

Danielle Saxe This is the best gym I’ve been to in Fort Lauderdale. All of the equipment feels brand new and well maintained, which makes every workout even better. The classes are challenging in the best way — they push you but are still approachable for all levels. All of the coaches are incredible: knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. My favorite classes are with Andrada, Dre, and Jakub. Easily the best gym experience I’ve ever had!

Dan Vanderboom Amazing gym! So glad I joined. Excellent selection of equipment. Bathrooms and locker room actually smell good all the time. The whole place is kept clean and in good working order. Friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Joe for going out of his way to help!

Kai Johnston I am visiting the area for the week, and found a promotion on the LA Fitness website for a three day free pass. Upon arriving, I was told that promotion is not valid. So, I was asked to leave a 5 star review to get a free day. I obliged, but am now editing my review to be truthful. The individual who I worked with while checking in was understanding and kind. However, the majority of the equipment was old, grimy, work out, or out of service. Handles were generally worn out and difficult to grip. The dumbbells also were missing quite a few weights, and had odd numbers of the more commonly used weights. Also, quite a few of the toilets were out of service as well. I would not recommend the location.

Steve I come to Florida a few times a year. I found this gym during my last trip. I love it. It has everything you need, is clean, and is not overcrowded. I love how people care for the equipment and clean up after themselves. The young guy Jose, who works there, is a gem. He is always smiling and very polite to everyone. He is always on the move and makes sure that everything is clean and organized. I will come back during my next trip.

Sally Botkin I found DFit through my daughter. While in town over Christmas, she used her Class Pass and went to the group training. She came back and said. "Mom, I think you and Dad would like this place", and yes, we do. First, EVERYONE says hello and calls you by name! I find this one of the friendliest gyms - its refreshing and an example to all, how small gestures make a big difference. As for the gym, it is very clean and professionally run. Danny, the owner, has created an inviting atmosphere to work out. They have created classes and workouts that cater to anyone. I happen to like the group training - only 4 of us in the class, but our workouts are all individually tailored. My trainers are Michael and Aaron, and they are both great! Thanks for helping us get into shape!

Maria Castillo This gym has an amazing community and incredible trainers who are always friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is high-energy and motivating, making it a great place to push yourself and stay consistent. Since joining, I’ve seen a big improvement in my strength and endurance! I highly recommend it to anyone, from beginners to advanced, especially if you enjoy group classes. The coaches also offer personal training.

Timothy Brophy I was a Yoga Joint member for many years The Yoga Joint is EXPENSIVE, DIRTY and SMELLY. This place is 1/2 the price with UNLIMITED Yoga while the Yoga joint was DOUBLE the price for ONLY 8 sessions. HOTWORX is CLEAN and smells WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommend to my friends and enemies

Oreta Cerda WOW! After 2 months I see and feel a considerable difference! I was looking to increase my lung capacity since suffering from covid related reduction. DEF-FTL has exceeded my expectations. Gip, Nikole and Tec are outstanding instructors and have produced engaging exercises/workouts that test my limits every class. I really look forward to each class as no two are ever alike. Thank you DEF-FTL for helping me work towards achieving my goals.
