Primal Strength & Conditioning

Elena Nicholas I’ve been training with Stacey for over two years. Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and cares about her clients’ goals. She knows exactly how to challenge me while keeping my workouts safe and tailored to my needs. Her sessions are never boring – she brings variety, encouragement, and just the right amount of push to help me achieve more than I thought possible. Beyond the workouts, Stacey is supportive, motivating, and always celebrates every victory, big or small. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly invests in your success, Stacey is the best there is. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Adrenaline Body Works

Matt Wagner I’ve been in the military for 14 years now, and I’ve tried all sorts of gyms, trainers, programs, and apps. But after six months working with Adam at Adrenaline Body Works, I’m feeling better than ever! Adam is an amazing trainer. He’s super knowledgeable, really engaging, always encouraging, and he actually gets results! My wife and I have been together almost 18 years, but it wasn’t until I started working out with Adam that she’s ever complimented my arms! That’s a huge win!

Central Florida Strength and Mobility

Charles J Joe is an excellent personal trainer that will help you focus on mobility and stretching exercises well before you do any form of weight training or weight lifting. He helps those who have been injured and those who are elderly maintain motion and fluidity through their body. If you want to do weights and bulk up he helps with that as well. He is a very well-rounded trainer. His rates are very reasonable. Covid precautions are on point as well. He will even do home visits to train with you in your house under certain circumstances with enhanced safety precautions. Highly recommended trainer.

Southern Strength Gym

Holden Owens I’ve been going to southern strength for just over a month now. By far the best gym around. The staff is great, fellow members are awesome and offer great advice, music playlist is usually good, and the posing room is large and offers multiple lighting settings to maximize your progress photos. My personal favorite things about southern strength is the unique equipment you won’t find in more commercialized gyms, and the positive non-congested atmosphere.

Pure Barre

R Lin Pure Barre is such an amazing and unique workout option! It’s a perfect low impact type of exercise while still being extremely challenging and helping you reach your fitness goals. As a former college athlete, once I got into the real world I became pretty burnt out with traditional workouts, and especially running and heavy weight lifting, as that’s all I did my entire athletic career. I was having a hard time finding a rhythm and enthusiasm for being active, up until my friend invited me to try a class here at Pure Barre. There are several different class formats at Barre, but all are fairly easy to learn, especially if you tell the instructor you are newer. The traditional format is the most common, and the only equipment you use is a small yoga ball, a band and 2-3lb dumbbells, which are already at the studio for you to use. There is no high-impact exercising that is hard on your body or joints. Everything in these classes are small, focused movements that don’t seem like they should be that challenging, but they definitely burn your muscles. Even using 2lb dumbbells for a 50 minutes class you WILL build and tone muscle and get stronger. It feels so good. It’s also amazing to be in a class format, surrounding by others who are grinding through the class with you. The instructors will walk around and give you one-on-one adjustments to make sure you form is correct so you won’t hurt yourself and so that it’s most effective. I’m really, really happy to have tried out Pure Barre and it’s become a part of my routine. If you haven’t ever done a Barre class, you will need sticky socks and there’s no shoes allowed in the studio. They do have socks for loan at the front desk if you want to just come and try out a class first. Jennifer, Evy, Lauren, Nicole and the crew are so awesome!!
