Crunch Fitness - Lakeland

Mike S Been a member here for about 5 years now and I have always had a great experience with the staff and the trainers. The facility is always clean and they definitely do their best to keep machines up to date. My daughter and I have also had training for over a year and have both had great results and contuine to improve!

Michael Richter My wife and I looked for summer programs that were open in the mist of the 2020 covid shutdown. To our surprise Carlson Gracie Lakeland was still open and in full swing. They offered a safe and clean environment for my son. Fast forward 8 months and he is still going and love grappling with his new friends. The life skills he is learning from this gym will stick with him forever! He even got me to join and start doing rolling on the Mats. I have met some amazing people at this place! They truly love this sport are super open to new comers and teaching you about BJJ!!!!! Stop in and get hooked

Pure Barre

R Lin Pure Barre is such an amazing and unique workout option! It’s a perfect low impact type of exercise while still being extremely challenging and helping you reach your fitness goals. As a former college athlete, once I got into the real world I became pretty burnt out with traditional workouts, and especially running and heavy weight lifting, as that’s all I did my entire athletic career. I was having a hard time finding a rhythm and enthusiasm for being active, up until my friend invited me to try a class here at Pure Barre. There are several different class formats at Barre, but all are fairly easy to learn, especially if you tell the instructor you are newer. The traditional format is the most common, and the only equipment you use is a small yoga ball, a band and 2-3lb dumbbells, which are already at the studio for you to use. There is no high-impact exercising that is hard on your body or joints. Everything in these classes are small, focused movements that don’t seem like they should be that challenging, but they definitely burn your muscles. Even using 2lb dumbbells for a 50 minutes class you WILL build and tone muscle and get stronger. It feels so good. It’s also amazing to be in a class format, surrounding by others who are grinding through the class with you. The instructors will walk around and give you one-on-one adjustments to make sure you form is correct so you won’t hurt yourself and so that it’s most effective. I’m really, really happy to have tried out Pure Barre and it’s become a part of my routine. If you haven’t ever done a Barre class, you will need sticky socks and there’s no shoes allowed in the studio. They do have socks for loan at the front desk if you want to just come and try out a class first. Jennifer, Evy, Lauren, Nicole and the crew are so awesome!!

Tracie Carley I attend group fitness classes here twice a week. Jake does a great job modifying the exercises to my level. I was never a gym rat but I like going here. These classes are geared to keeping me strong and flexible as I navigate my 60s.

F45 Taining Lakeland Highlands

Eddie Tapanes Almost a year ago, I joined F45 Lakeland Highlands because I had started a desk job and realized I needed to move more, but honestly, I didnt know where to start or how to work out. Walking into F45 was the best decision I could have made for myself. From day one, the coaches made me feel comfortable and confident, breaking down exercises and giving me the support I needed. The Workouts are challenging but fun, and every day feels fresh and exciting. What I love most is the community; its not just a gym, its truly a family that celebrates your wins and motivates you to keep going. In the past year, Ive gained strength, confidence, and consistency. F45 gave me the structure and guidance I needed, but also the encouragement to believe in myself. I went from not knowing how to work out to looking forward to every session. If youre on the fence about joining, try a class. This place will change the way you think about fitness and about yourself.

Vital Fitness

landon hendrix Going into my 3rd week here at Vital and so far I love it! The coaches are great and really tailor the workouts for you. This is the first time I’ve tried small group workouts since the military, and I was pretty nervous coming in since I am no where in shape as much as I used to be. The atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, as we are all trying to get better. Highly recommend Vital Fitness
