Charles J Joe is an excellent personal trainer that will help you focus on mobility and stretching exercises well before you do any form of weight training or weight lifting. He helps those who have been injured and those who are elderly maintain motion and fluidity through their body. If you want to do weights and bulk up he helps with that as well. He is a very well-rounded trainer. His rates are very reasonable. Covid precautions are on point as well. He will even do home visits to train with you in your house under certain circumstances with enhanced safety precautions. Highly recommended trainer.

Diana Cavendish Pilates has been a life changing in all the best ways! Cali always brings such great energy and warmth to her class. She offers corrections and modifications without making you feel insecure and really wants to make sure everyone has a great workout. Who doesn’t love doing air guitar in a workout??

Mike S Been a member here for about 5 years now and I have always had a great experience with the staff and the trainers. The facility is always clean and they definitely do their best to keep machines up to date. My daughter and I have also had training for over a year and have both had great results and contuine to improve!

Joyous Helping Hands LLC Not going to lie it took a while to even step foot in this gym. I would always drive by wondering what it had to offer inside, attending LA fitness and Planet Fitness instead. Well, a few months back I finally walked in and joined Pump Fitness at only $20 a month, plus a friend can come with you for $10 extra per month. It is a straight high school gym if you know what I mean, the good weights. Everyone is respectful of everyone else’s space. When one floor is too crowded, no problem, walk upstairs to enjoy a space full of cardio equipment, machines, free weights, and a small turf for sleds. The gym also comes packed with a boxing room with bags, clean showers, and smoothie bar on the way out. Shout out to April, Stefanie, Demetreus for welcoming people when they walk in and keeping the gym extremely clean. So go check it out, promise you will not be disappointed. Stay Joyous! *They do have Treadmills, Stairmasters, and Bikes, did not take photos because people were working out there, do not have time to edit people out lol*

A Miller Always nice and clean. The customer service here is great. I havent had any issues except 1 hiccup in billing but they fixed it. 10/10.
