Carly Klos Ive been with just move for about four years now. This gym has changed my life! I can work out and not worry about my son because the kids club is fantastic! The facilities are clean. The equipment is A+ and the staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. I love this gym I highly recommend

Melanie Sharp The best CrossFit gym and coaches anywhere. I was a member of this gym for over 4 years and recently moved to Gainesville. Nothing compares to the knowledge of the coaching staff. The faculty is large and well outfitted with the best equipment and WODs are strategically created for overall performance and can be scaled to any level. Shout out to Coach Andrew Longboy for his vast knowledge of gymnastics, strength training, skill training and dynamic leadership.

Mike S Been a member here for about 5 years now and I have always had a great experience with the staff and the trainers. The facility is always clean and they definitely do their best to keep machines up to date. My daughter and I have also had training for over a year and have both had great results and contuine to improve!

Joyous Helping Hands LLC Not going to lie it took a while to even step foot in this gym. I would always drive by wondering what it had to offer inside, attending LA fitness and Planet Fitness instead. Well, a few months back I finally walked in and joined Pump Fitness at only $20 a month, plus a friend can come with you for $10 extra per month. It is a straight high school gym if you know what I mean, the good weights. Everyone is respectful of everyone else’s space. When one floor is too crowded, no problem, walk upstairs to enjoy a space full of cardio equipment, machines, free weights, and a small turf for sleds. The gym also comes packed with a boxing room with bags, clean showers, and smoothie bar on the way out. Shout out to April, Stefanie, Demetreus for welcoming people when they walk in and keeping the gym extremely clean. So go check it out, promise you will not be disappointed. Stay Joyous! *They do have Treadmills, Stairmasters, and Bikes, did not take photos because people were working out there, do not have time to edit people out lol*

Johnny Rodriguez My 3 kiddos have been coming to this facility for 3 years. One plays basketball and the other 2 did swim and soccer. Im grateful for the employees that work there. They are what makes this place wonderful. Cant wait to see the new facility running

Diana Starling I value the time spent at AF, whether in yoga on M-W-F with Brooke, or group training with Brooke and Trevor. While I probably know enough by now to get a good workout individually, I love the energy of a group workout with positivity and professional supervision and direction. Kaitlyn manages the gym superbly, always getting back to me if I have any questions. I am so glad I found this gym and all it offers, which is a tremendous boost to my total health and fitness!

A M I love this gym so much. Before starting EYS, I knew I needed to switch up my fitness routine—and I’ve definitely come to the right place! The workouts strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging—I leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to push you while still making it enjoyable.

Jonathan Bass We signed up my 5 year old son for lessons here, and at first we were a bit worried about how he would assimilate to this culture change. Coaches Marc and Lucas have been at the forefront of making my son comfortable and both do a fantastic job of not only explaining the techniques, but also the culture. They work extremely hard to keep the classes structured, but fun. I wish I would have signed him up sooner. After watching my son improving rapidly, it motivated me to sign myself up for a free trial for the adult classes, and I have never been so welcomed anywhere like I have been here. I immediately signed up for a membership. Belts an skill level dont matter, everyone is invested in seeing everyone else grow. My son and I bond over it every week, and I cant wait to see how Carlson Gracie South Lakeland helps us both grow.
