F45 Training Lake Mary
Robby Hamoud Joining F45 has been life changing! My wife and I were tired of the same old gym routine and same exercises, day after day, so F45 was the exact switch up we needed. The coaches, special shout out to Gustavo, are friendly, motivating, and work with you one on one, even in the group setting. Plus our Lake Mary family is the best! You should definitely join!

HiTONE Fitness
Stephanie Lara Love Hi-Tone! Tons of great equipment to choose from. There’s also private areas where you can workout away from everyone else’s. They also have recovery rooms with massage chairs, sauna and even a tanning bed. It’s always clean and the all the employees are so nice and welcoming. They have personal trainers who work one on one with you as well. Antonio is the best trainer and gym manager!

Prime Strength and Fitness
Edward Dave is the best coach! I can’t say enough about him and the culture he’s built at Prime Strength and Fitness. The facility is awesome and is only getting better! I look forward to going to this gym regularly as a powerlifter, only the highest of recommendations!

CrossFit Muster Station 2.0
Gonzalo Squella Every time I come into CrossFit muster station 2.0 it really challenges me physically and mentally. I can never go back to lifting weight on a regular bases. I love the community and my 5:30am family. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with your goals and aspirations.

FirstHealth Fitness - Sanford
Susan Vartoukian When I first walked into the Sanford Firsthealth fitness center, i knew I wanted to join. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I was not a gym person. Now I go almost everyday. Staff is so nice and very helpful. Love the classes they offer, swimming pool , hot tub. Great way to spend some time.

Salty AF Pilates
Jessica Hornung If you’re looking for a Pilates studio in Seminole county, Salty AF Pilates is the place! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the classes are small to allow for more individual instruction. Kirissa is so kind and she caters each exercise to match the needs of each person individually so there is no pressure to do more than you can handle. The workouts are fun and low impact. I always feel great after a Pilates session with Kirissa! Highly recommend this place!

HOTWORX - Lake Mary, FL
Shannon Barnes HotWorx is the absolute best! I enjoy the intensity of the workouts and not feeling intense pain afterwards. The virtual instructors always have really great routines and they motivate you throughout your session. The infrared saunas not only intensify the workouts but they also aid in detoxing your body. HotWorx is great for introverted individuals like myself who prefer working out in an intimate setting rather than in a huge crowded traditional gym. LA Fitness
Joanna Perez I’ve been a member to LA fitness for 9+ years ,been coming to this one post Covid. The staff are amazing always so welcoming. There hasn’t been one time that I’ve come and not seen staff cleaning! The new equipment is great. I love attending Maite spin classes and Oak as well they are the BEST! I would love for this one to incorporate the reformer classes that would make it top tier!
