5 /5 Hallie Saintignan: CrossFit Muster Station 2.0 is 10/10. I have been a part of this community for about 7 months now, and its the community, coaching, cleanliness, and fun that keeps me coming back day after day!
The first day I walked into this box, I was nervous as I hadnt touched a weight in over a year. I was worried everyone would be extreme athletes, and Id be the new kid in the corner, far behind everyone. I couldnt have been more wrong! When I walked in, everyone from coaches to members welcomed me in with a smile, handshake, and a friendly introduction. Everyone was right here to get me acclimated to where the equipment was, how to do certain exercises, and so on.
The coaching is 10/10. The coaches will take their time to make sure you are lifting correctly to avoid injuries, they will take their time to format workouts based on skill level & ability, as well as replace certain lifts to work around injuries or weaknesses! I can sit here and go on and on, but this truly is a perfect gym for anyone wanting to start their journey in CrossFit, just get a couple of good sweats in a week, or come in and compete if thats what youre after!
