Kate Anderson This location really changed my opinion on PF from overwhelmingly negative to positive. Equipment is clean and well maintained, staff is attentive to any issue I bring to their attention, and it’s easy to make membership modifications. Their wiping stations are always very well stocked. My only complaint (and why I left) is the lack of squat racks, but that’s all PF locations, not specific to this one.

FirstHealth Fitness - Sanford
Susan Vartoukian When I first walked into the Sanford Firsthealth fitness center, i knew I wanted to join. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I was not a gym person. Now I go almost everyday. Staff is so nice and very helpful. Love the classes they offer, swimming pool , hot tub. Great way to spend some time.

Lake Mary Fit Club
Lisa Antonik I am enjoying Lake Mary Fit Body Boot Camp very much. The trainers are all amazing…especially Aixia. They kick your booty in the nicest possible way. The workouts are challenging but can can be modified for all fitness levels. If you want to build your strength and get a great work out in 30 minutes per session, I would highly recommend this boot camp.

Kim Harrington Love this place! Ive been working out at BeFit for a few years now ...its like a second home to me now! I enjoy both the fitness classes and personal training the gym provides....there is something for everyone here, no matter your fitness level, they will adjust it to meet your needs. Jeremy & Justin are just good people that truly care about you and the community around them. If you havent tried this place, stop in for a class and I guarantee in short time, you will feel so much better about your fitness level.

Crunch Fitness - Deltona
Patricia Solum I have been a member of this gym for a few years. It’s a benefit I get through my health care plan so I don’t have to pay directly for it. The staff is very friendly, it’s pretty clean overall. Lately, They have been installing new machines. I do believe this gym has everything necessary for a decent workout.

F45 Training Lake Mary
Robby Hamoud Joining F45 has been life changing! My wife and I were tired of the same old gym routine and same exercises, day after day, so F45 was the exact switch up we needed. The coaches, special shout out to Gustavo, are friendly, motivating, and work with you one on one, even in the group setting. Plus our Lake Mary family is the best! You should definitely join!

CrossFit Muster Station 2.0
Gonzalo Squella Every time I come into CrossFit muster station 2.0 it really challenges me physically and mentally. I can never go back to lifting weight on a regular bases. I love the community and my 5:30am family. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful with your goals and aspirations.

1Raw Yoga
Kristen M Kat was great, loved her couples crystal Bowl sound bath. Very relaxing, my husband and I cant wait to go back and do it again. Loved the rose petal path into the room and the gift of a red rose. So kind.
