But after six months working with Adam at Adrenaline Body Works, I’m feeling better than ever! Adam is an amazing trainer. He’s super knowledgeable, really engaging, always encouraging, and he actually gets results! My wife and I have been together almost 18 years, but it wasn’t until I started working out with Adam that she’s ever complimented my arms! That’s a huge win!

Alyssa Chamberlin I love this place! It’s so special and so different - from a gym and from even other women only studios. It was the first “gym” that helped me get consistent with exercise post-college and I’ve never looked back. The girls are so chill and welcoming and all women have a place here. You feel safe! And that you belong. The variety of classes is also great because it helps your body in various ways that are all so important. So thankful for BC!!!

Michael Richter Ultra Fit is an amazing gym, focused on creating a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere and environment. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite level athlete or just starting out, the coaches have the skill set and knowledge to push and adapt for any type of athlete. If you are looking for a place to work out, definitely check them out. They also have an amazing recovery place right next door (Ultra Cryo and Recovery). What more could you ask for!!!!!

Jonathan Bass We signed up my 5 year old son for lessons here, and at first we were a bit worried about how he would assimilate to this culture change. Coaches Marc and Lucas have been at the forefront of making my son comfortable and both do a fantastic job of not only explaining the techniques, but also the culture. They work extremely hard to keep the classes structured, but fun. I wish I would have signed him up sooner. After watching my son improving rapidly, it motivated me to sign myself up for a free trial for the adult classes, and I have never been so welcomed anywhere like I have been here. I immediately signed up for a membership. Belts an skill level dont matter, everyone is invested in seeing everyone else grow. My son and I bond over it every week, and I cant wait to see how Carlson Gracie South Lakeland helps us both grow.

NitPickin Mobile Detailing As Im getting back into the gym after several years off, this gym fits my needs for now! It’s an added plus to have message chairs and water jet message beds! Everything is clean because members clean as they go! Staff is always nice and friendly! We appreciate having access to your gym!

A Miller Always nice and clean. The customer service here is great. I havent had any issues except 1 hiccup in billing but they fixed it. 10/10.

Hes truly the best, and will work with you based on your goals. Not to mention the community that hes created, you are known by name and get cheered on by everyone thats there. Johnny Rodriguez My 3 kiddos have been coming to this facility for 3 years. One plays basketball and the other 2 did swim and soccer. Im grateful for the employees that work there. They are what makes this place wonderful. Cant wait to see the new facility running
