Lisa Walen Staff is awesome. Smaller gym but has pretty much everything you can think of. Little pricey but for clean facilities ,24hrs and friend people who dont judge even when you slam a weight is more than worth it. The prioritize health and fitness not bagel Tuesday.

Jonathan Bass We signed up my 5 year old son for lessons here, and at first we were a bit worried about how he would assimilate to this culture change. Coaches Marc and Lucas have been at the forefront of making my son comfortable and both do a fantastic job of not only explaining the techniques, but also the culture. They work extremely hard to keep the classes structured, but fun. I wish I would have signed him up sooner. After watching my son improving rapidly, it motivated me to sign myself up for a free trial for the adult classes, and I have never been so welcomed anywhere like I have been here. I immediately signed up for a membership. Belts an skill level dont matter, everyone is invested in seeing everyone else grow. My son and I bond over it every week, and I cant wait to see how Carlson Gracie South Lakeland helps us both grow.

He took the time to listen to my goals and the reasons behind them, and tailors each workout to help me move toward them. The training spaces are clean, well-equipped, and the pricing is reasonable for personal training. I’m happy to recommend Kory and LifeFit!

Mike S Been a member here for about 5 years now and I have always had a great experience with the staff and the trainers. The facility is always clean and they definitely do their best to keep machines up to date. My daughter and I have also had training for over a year and have both had great results and contuine to improve!
