I feel very welcome everyday staff always receive me with a smile, everything its very clean and organized. I will say that joining this gym safe my life im a different person. I will never cancel membership in this place its my second home thanks for everything..

Rachel Miller I started burn boot camp about 3 weeks ago after having two children. I hadn’t gotten in a good workout routine since having my first daughter two years ago. I instantly loved Burn. The coaches and staff are all super friendly and there are members at all levels. I already feel so much stronger and healthier incorporating burn into my routine.

She offers corrections and modifications without making you feel insecure and really wants to make sure everyone has a great workout. Who doesn’t love doing air guitar in a workout??

Diana Starling I value the time spent at AF, whether in yoga on M-W-F with Brooke, or group training with Brooke and Trevor. While I probably know enough by now to get a good workout individually, I love the energy of a group workout with positivity and professional supervision and direction. Kaitlyn manages the gym superbly, always getting back to me if I have any questions. I am so glad I found this gym and all it offers, which is a tremendous boost to my total health and fitness!

Jonathan Bass We signed up my 5 year old son for lessons here, and at first we were a bit worried about how he would assimilate to this culture change. Coaches Marc and Lucas have been at the forefront of making my son comfortable and both do a fantastic job of not only explaining the techniques, but also the culture. They work extremely hard to keep the classes structured, but fun. I wish I would have signed him up sooner. After watching my son improving rapidly, it motivated me to sign myself up for a free trial for the adult classes, and I have never been so welcomed anywhere like I have been here. I immediately signed up for a membership. Belts an skill level dont matter, everyone is invested in seeing everyone else grow. My son and I bond over it every week, and I cant wait to see how Carlson Gracie South Lakeland helps us both grow.

nichole stone Ive been working with Bravo for almost a year now. Hes very encouraging treats me like a friend instead of a paycheck. Bravo has taught me how to use different equipment that I found to be intimidating in the past. This has motivated me to begin building an at home gym.

Michael Richter My wife and I looked for summer programs that were open in the mist of the 2020 covid shutdown. To our surprise Carlson Gracie Lakeland was still open and in full swing. They offered a safe and clean environment for my son. Fast forward 8 months and he is still going and love grappling with his new friends. The life skills he is learning from this gym will stick with him forever! He even got me to join and start doing rolling on the Mats. I have met some amazing people at this place! They truly love this sport are super open to new comers and teaching you about BJJ!!!!! Stop in and get hooked
