NitPickin Mobile Detailing As Im getting back into the gym after several years off, this gym fits my needs for now! It’s an added plus to have message chairs and water jet message beds! Everything is clean because members clean as they go! Staff is always nice and friendly! We appreciate having access to your gym!

KMS I love this gym! It has a little bit of everything. The employees are so warm and welcoming in the morning. The H.I.T. class at 8:30 has helped me get out of my shell so much. The trainer Abel is fantastic and takes his time explaining the steps in class. The ladies that I do class with as well are amazing as well. I also take my son to the childcare and they are great with him. Just move has helped my life for the better and gain some of my confidence back in myself!!!

Jonathan Bass We signed up my 5 year old son for lessons here, and at first we were a bit worried about how he would assimilate to this culture change. Coaches Marc and Lucas have been at the forefront of making my son comfortable and both do a fantastic job of not only explaining the techniques, but also the culture. They work extremely hard to keep the classes structured, but fun. I wish I would have signed him up sooner. After watching my son improving rapidly, it motivated me to sign myself up for a free trial for the adult classes, and I have never been so welcomed anywhere like I have been here. I immediately signed up for a membership. Belts an skill level dont matter, everyone is invested in seeing everyone else grow. My son and I bond over it every week, and I cant wait to see how Carlson Gracie South Lakeland helps us both grow.

Odessa Mullins Coach Matt at Restoration Fitness & Nutrition always makes me feel supported and encouraged!! He takes time before and after class to check in on your life. He’s always looking for ways to help you make health and exercise a priority. Matt has a very good way of assessing what your individual strengths and weaknesses are in the gym and can help motivate you to push through one of those hard workouts, even in the group class setting. Allison Studdard I have been cheering at LXA for 5 full years and this season will be my 6th season I have nothing bad to say about LXA the staff are all very good at their jobs and have a amazing chemistry with each other the owner Kimberly has been making winning teams for years and I have enjoyed every year with LXA 5 stars

Toni Madsen Been going to Tari since middle school, 12 years later and anytime Im back in town I make sure to try and book a session with him! Hes truly the best, and will work with you based on your goals. Not to mention the community that hes created, you are known by name and get cheered on by everyone thats there. Its a space for everyone, no matter where youre at in your fitness journey. Ive never felt so strong and confident! Book a session with Tari, I promise you wont regret it.

Rachel Miller I started burn boot camp about 3 weeks ago after having two children. I hadn’t gotten in a good workout routine since having my first daughter two years ago. I instantly loved Burn. The coaches and staff are all super friendly and there are members at all levels. I already feel so much stronger and healthier incorporating burn into my routine.

A Miller Always nice and clean. The customer service here is great. I havent had any issues except 1 hiccup in billing but they fixed it. 10/10.
