Steve Hunsader Paco and associates are the best! Our family of 4 has been coming here for at least 4 years now, wife, perhaps twice that. Paco seems to know what looks best on each of us, and has nailed it each time. SO HAPPY that this group made it through Covid, and are thriving now. 5+ Stars for Paco.

JJ king Full disclosure: I was forced to cancel my appointment so I cannot comment on their technique, only on their customer service which was horrendous.
Originally the salon was highly recommended to me. I needed a bleach touch up and haircut. I called the salon and spoke with the owner, Paco, and ended up booking a haircut and color consultation with Joanna. I was quite excited!
However, the very night before my appointment Joanna TEXTS me asking if she can reschedule me. Since I have four kids and needed to get a babysitter for this appointment in the first place, I said no I could not. However, I did ask if maybe she could do the bleach at the same time as the haircut and sent a picture of what my hair currently looks like. She then tells me she does NOT cut short hair. I said I never heard of such a thing with the hairstylist before, and that Paco never mentioned this when I booked my haircut as a new client. She suggested I talked to him which I did the next morning.
When I again expressed my frustration with Paco about not being told she doesnt cut short hair and the difficulties I went to to get this appointment in the first place, he told me I was passive aggressive and had negative energy. He told me he did not want my business, and I ended up canceling my appointment because I did not want to go to a salon that treated a new client so poorly without even knowing my situation. I also dont want a hair stylist who isnt well versed in all hairstyles because this makes me question their training.
Im sure Joanna is great at color. People have told me as such. But I refuse to attend a salon that treats people offensively and rudely, and I suggest you think twice before going here if youve never been before.
And definitely dont go to Joanna if you have short hair. Shes not trained to cut it.

Updated response to Pacos reply: I think its pretty clear from your response that you arent willing to understand my frustration. Your response to my negative Google review and lack of apology is just as hostile as you were on the phone with me. You have never met me, Im a brand new client, and you called me passive-aggressive and labeled me with bad energy -- all because I expressed my frustration with you not letting me know Joannas inability to cut short hair when I called to schedule the appointment. This oversight, combined with Joannas late night text requesting a time change to my early morning appointment, was extremely frustrating and this is what I expressed to you.
Rather than going back and forth in a "he said/she said situation," lets use this as a learning experience: I will always ask a new salon if they cut short hair, and when a new client calls to schedule a haircut you not assume just because Im a girl that I would have long hair and instead provide pertinent information so that neither one of us is in this despicable situation again.

Joseph Mullens Paco is really good at cutting mens hair. Ive been coming to him for years, and always does a consistent great job. Comparable haircuts have cost me considerably more . He has a great sense of what looks good on you. Not all barbers are artists, but Paco is one. I used to not care and go to one near my work with a one-size-fits-all approach, but at some-point my wife hated these haircuts so much once that tears poured out of her eyes. I learned to appreciate the artists touch.

Is Raining Cows About a year ago I was looking for a colorist close to my area. Browsing the Internet I found Fifth Avenue salon and made a reservation. I had just recently changed my hair color from platinum blonde to brown and I wanted to go back to blonde.
Johana called me back and asked info about how long I changed to brown. Since it was very recent, they informed that before proceeding they needed to evaluate the status of my hair.
The day of the appointment, after looking at may hair, Paco said that my hair was so damaged that they highly discouraged to going back to blonde and that they sure would have not proceeded. Their honesty clearly demonstrated that they take their job seriously and do not merely care about the money but about the customer satisfaction!
I followed their advise. I stayed dark and I trimmed my hair regularly. Now, after about a year, my hair look finally healthy, shiny and smooth.
It is also much appreciated that they never push customers to buy products available at the salon.
I have been assisted by both Paco and Johana and they are equally amazing!
I do understand why they are always busy!!!
Great salon. Highly recommended.

Disha Vyas I never ever give bad reviews as I know how hard small Businesses work to build up their business. This one just got me. I booked them several weeks in advance for wash and Blowdry for my office holiday party, I was told if for any reason I cancel under 24 hours I will get charged. I got three confirmations and then suddenly late evening Before day of event I get text that they cannot take me in due to Emergency and if I can reschedule- I don’t even live in town and they conveniently cancelled my appointment 8:30 pm in night. Now I am stuck without hair appointment last minute to find someone else. Sorry but this was extremely disappointing besides the fact that tomorrow I have a big celebration to go to and I am not sure what will I do with my hair now. (I know it’s first world problem but a girl need to do her hair:(..)
