Andy Perry Jeff first cut my hair in his first shop in Campbell, California in 1992. I remember having to wait 3 months for the appointment but I heard it would be worth it. Back then, I worked for a high tech company in Silicon Valley and asked a couple of the women who had the best cuts who did their hair, anf coincidentally, both of them said, "Jeff Pavon" (Guys - if you ever want to find a good stylist, ask the women with the best hair.) Though I dont color my hair, both of them said that he had an incredible talent for color. For many years, we both lived in the Bay Area and there was never a question of who cut my hair. I recall at the beginning of every year, he would set me up with appointments throughout the year and he was already booked for the holidays. Over the years where either he moved away or I moved away and I had to go to someone else, Jeffs cut was the one that forever set the bar. I travel quite a bit now and know that when Im going to be in the Bay Area, Im fortunate if Jeff can squeeze me in.

Lori Knight Jeff Pavon I found “ IT.” And what is “ IT” — the stylist that is punctual, kind and can cut some hair! Jeff is personable and a stylist you can trust to listen to your hair needs and request. He knew how to deal with and cut my type of textured , Halle Berry ( her short style from the 90’s) hair in a way that was superior and made me feel 21 again! Lol He has a way with the scissors! Sally R. Tori (one of the co-owners) has been my stylist for a few years, and I can’t say enough about her. She is kind and courteous, and friendly yet professional. She does a great job, and she works quickly. What took 4 hours at previous salons only takes 2 hours with Tori. I have sensitive skin, and the super nice Davines products they use don’t irritate my skin at all which is SO nice! I highly recommend Tori at Olive and Sage if you want great hair, a comfortable and low-key atmosphere, and a stylist who listens to what you want and definitely delivers. Jane McMahon Do your self a favor and make the switch to Olive and Sage. I have been going to Tori since moving to the area and it was the best choice Ive made in a while! From vivids to interview appropriate hair she does it all. The environment is always welcoming and calm. Each stylist listens to their clients and works hard to make their goals a reality. I am the annoying client who will tell Tori "I dont know, what do you want to do?" And she never disappoints. Change your hair, change your life.

Holly Tillman Lisa has been doing my hair since for over 22 years and my daughters for over 12 years. She is an expert in identifying exactly what our hair needs and keeping it healthy. Lisa is also skilled at doing makeup and hair for high school proms and balls. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Brooklynn Harris Lisa is great! I was referred to her about 4-5 years ago & she has been a blessing. She got my hair back healthy without having to chop it off. I get my hair dyed with her also, she takes her time & makes sure you leave out her chair happy. My daughter goes to her to get deep conditioning & trims. Lisa is NOT scissor happy either, she only trims what u need off. I would highly recommend going to Lisa- she will have you right!

mylene depinto This review is long overdue. My first consultation with Sam was in April ( 8 months ago). I developed severe allergic reaction to a shampoo & hair color. I started losing my hair with scalp itchiness, redness, alopecia, etc. It was frustrating & honestly, depressing. Sam “diagnosed” my condition, recommended I changed my shampoo, hair products. It worked! I have unbelievably so much hair growth now! Since we were having a family wedding at that time, she suggested I should try extensions. I don’t think I’ve known anyone who took excellent care of my hair than Sam. She is the best of the best in my book. Sam has my lifelong loyalty, gratitude & appreciation. Hailey Cadigan Doing something even somewhat expensive for myself is a huge deal for me, but being in Samanthas chair felt RIGHT. We clicked right away, and I felt seen and heard. The room was beautiful, and I was sooo comfy in her chair. And not only were the vibes amazing- my hair came out exactly how I wanted it! The salon feels like a sanctuary where clients can fully decompress while getting their services done. From the warm staff welcome, snack and drink offerings (including a rotating monthly cocktail), aromatherapy towel during hair washing, and the offer for a lap desk which I used to balance my remote work obligations for the day, there isn’t much more you could ask for. Amber’s warm hospitality, attention to detail, and creative eye have kept me loyal to her for over a decade. She specializes in textured cuts that always grow out perfectly and she has made me feel brand new with every service she has done for me.
