They were friendly, knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL. They diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and ordered the parts to fix it. The updates were efficient and clear through their online system. I liked that it had photos and notes directly from the techs. They quoted me $5,000 but encouraged me to take it to the Lexus Service in Spokane and reassured me it was still under warranty. I appreciated their integrity and will take my vehicle to them from now on.

I found Perfection along the route, and we walked in without an appointment around 10AM. They had us back on the road in 20 or so minutes! Seth Gillihan I personally have never had to take a car to Cronks but I work for a company that has picked up and/or droped of dozens of customers there and I have to say I have never once heard a single bad thing about them. In fact they all have expressed nothing but wonderful things about them all the way from how wonderful that staff is, to the amazing work they do, the speed of service is lightning fast, the fact it is a local "ma n pa" shop, the competitive rates ("cheapest in town") their words and how they take pretty stressful experience and turn it into a pleasant and as wonderful experience as one could hope for. If you want a all around great experience I recommend you call the wonderful staff down there Im richland, right across from Fred Meyers.
