1 /5 Bec Lee: Brought my vehicle the owner was rude and talked non stop about how awful luxury vehicles are and tried talking me into over 10,000 dollars. When I declined as I already had a diagnosis. They fixed the one thing I wanted fixed but broke the suspension on my vehicle and they charged me to diagnose it and then said he couldn’t fix what his mechanics broke. I would NEVER go back! Very dishonest and shady and only after as much money as he can get!

5 /5 David Okamoto: Josh has been a great dude and has always helped me out whenever I needed and also was able to check my rig before a long road trip to make sure I was good to go. He found some minor issues and recommended to me what I needed to have done. I recently moved away from the PNW but will also recommended people to go to his shop since he’s honest and also knows his stuff. He doesn’t use generic parts which will fail in the future. You will pay a bit more but for a part that will last so you don’t have to keep replacing the same part over and over. It’s best to get the job done right the first time and that’s what his shop will do.

5 /5 Ryan Moore: Had a great experience dealing with Redline and its owner Josh. The customer service was excellent, the labor charge was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the work on my 4Runner. What I appreciated was Josh’s honesty about the service requirement and his attention to detail to the work the I’ve already done on my Toyota. He is definitely knowledgeable when it comes to Toyota’s and Jeeps! Josh did also full 360 inspection on my rig without me even having to ask. He brought to my attention some things that he suggested be addressed and complimented the work I’ve already done and my use of quality parts to do it. I would absolutely recommend Redline to my friends and family if they needed their vehicle serviced. I now know that when I need work done in the future, I’ve got a mechanic who I can trust and somebody who cares about me and my rig. Thanks Redline and thanks Josh!
