Justin Ford First off, Andy is a rock star.  I dont use that term lightly, but Ill explain more below. We have been struggling to get our 5.7L I/O running this whole boating season. After having the carb rebuilt elsewhere and being assured that everything was tip top, we dropped the boat in on the Columbia and the boat wouldnt start. After a quick Google search, we found Performance Carburetor Services. We met with Andy around closing time and ran through the issues. The next day, Andy had rebuilt the carb, fixed issues the other mechanic had introduced and then met us on the water to make sure the boat would start and run as it should, and ended up finding the root cause of our issues, which had been a failed electric choke thermostat power line. Andy adjusted the carb to run as is intended, and got us out on the water, and ended up diagnosing an unrelated ignition problem to boot. Andys skill, knowledge, and integrity are top notch. I would drive from Seattle back to tri cities for future maintenance on the boat and my cars for the expertise and professionalism experienced with Andy and Performance Carburetor.

Cheri Davis Sas tested my alternator for free and when they didnt have the part they werent shy to recommend somewhere else. Side note to the employee with the since of humor that put a smell me sign on the coworkers back I loved the workplace fun. Even if you were told to remove it.

Bruce Vesper I think this is the best service center in the Tri-Cities! I have had excellent results every time I have taken one of my vehicles in for service, they do an outstanding job, and the price is certainly fair! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, as the owner is a former Ford certified technician, and he and his staff are all well skilled and very competent repair technicians! The best part is that they will not try to up-sell you on unneeded services, and they do stand behind their work! I have been through a lot of repair shops in town, and Pasco Automotive that Ive finally settled on! I recommend them to everyone, and even have a few of their cards that I keep in my wallet to pass out, when someone asks for a recommendation! My whole family goes there, and many of my friends as well! Not the cleanest and most sparkling shop, but they know their stuff, they do it right, and they stand behind their work! They will also tell you when you are done, what they recommend, as well as what you may need to be concerned with in the future, which I think is the mark of a great auto shop! Try them, Youll like them!!!

Grant Clarno This guy helped out in a pinch! Fixed mine and my wifes car before our travel to Oregon. Very knowledgeable and was great with communication. Definitely using him next time!

MA Burke Keith was able to fit me in within a couple of days; came over and diagnosed my battery issues, identified the cause, charged it up, and asked a reasonable price for his time. He ensured there were no other hidden electrical issues causing the battery to drain and didnt try to create drama or insinuate that anything else was needed or would be needed. I trust him and appreciate his professionalism.

Lucas Greenberger Mike is there when you need him, day or night. In my case it was late at night, no garages were open, I was on a road trip, and I was in a jam. He was responsive, honest, and he got the job done for a very reasonable price. It was a huge relief, all around, to find him online and to make contact with him when I needed help. Many thanks again for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible!!

Roy Peterson Took my 2024 Prius Prime for the initial 6 month maintenance visit. Staff was very friendly and the service advisor Nelson Rios listened to my concerns regarding the dead 12 volt battery issue I experienced. It’s important to feel that you are being heard with any concern. It was a good visit experience. I dropped the car off so I didn’t enjoy the nice waiting area the dealership has. Maybe next visit.
