David Osorio I had gone to 4 different shops, one of them being my local dealer (Lithia of course) for death wobble. Every single one insisted everything was fine. But when i came to this shop, they found the real problem and gave me a report on it. From there, i was able to go back to the dealer with proof of an issue in hand and this time they actually did their job and fixed my truck under warranty. If you want a TRUE expert in suspension issues, come to Tri-Cities Automotive Repair. The guys in the shop are funny, intelligent and actually do a good job. Will use them for all future car diagnostics and repair! Edit: The pricing was also very fair for the job they performed!

Lindsay Johnston This company seems awesome. They have a shuttle service which is really helpful. They got me in last minute before a big road trip. The guy who drove the shuttle had so many great things to say about the company —“best boss I’ve ever had.” The inspection report they texted me was really handy and easy to understand. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. I mentioned that I was pretty handy and they said I could save $30 by fixing my taillight myself. That type of service makes me WANT to support them and give them my money. THANK YOU!

Bruce Vesper I think this is the best service center in the Tri-Cities! I have had excellent results every time I have taken one of my vehicles in for service, they do an outstanding job, and the price is certainly fair! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, as the owner is a former Ford certified technician, and he and his staff are all well skilled and very competent repair technicians! The best part is that they will not try to up-sell you on unneeded services, and they do stand behind their work! I have been through a lot of repair shops in town, and Pasco Automotive that Ive finally settled on! I recommend them to everyone, and even have a few of their cards that I keep in my wallet to pass out, when someone asks for a recommendation! My whole family goes there, and many of my friends as well! Not the cleanest and most sparkling shop, but they know their stuff, they do it right, and they stand behind their work! They will also tell you when you are done, what they recommend, as well as what you may need to be concerned with in the future, which I think is the mark of a great auto shop! Try them, Youll like them!!!
