Stephanie Bombita I have a 98’ Jeep Cherokee & have had some major issues with it the past couple of months, so I brought it to Meineke for the first time and this whole process of getting several car repairs, Taylor & his team have been nothing but kind, attentive when I’ve called, beyond helpful, available to get me in and at very reasonable prices. They also offer a military discount which helped even more, with these big repairs. They got all the repairs done efficiently and correctly, they got me back on the road and I’ve been able to use the Jeep to go to work, without worries. Thank you guys! And I appreciate all of you and also appreciate Taylor explaining everything from beginning details to ending details, I highly recommend them! Honest, reliable, super reasonable and polite.

david spacek Ive been a customer of this store for six years, primarily for regular maintenance, oil changes, etc.. After my oil change was completed today, I was thrilled to find my windshield was cleaned, my vehicles interior was vacuumed, and the sidewalls of the tires were treated and shined like brand new! This unexpected extra service was most impressive, like what you receive at a high-end dealership, and no extra charge. Creations of Chloe Super nice and honest guys who took really good care of me. They were quick, thorough, and totally upfront about costs. They even helped me prioritize the repairs based on safety concerns so I was able to discern what I could afford to have done. Highly recommend them as someone who drives an older vehicle and is on a tight budget. You can for sure trust the guys at A&M! They’re great!

Thomas Mackowiak Kings Cross is my number one service center. They take care of my Rolls Royce Silver Spur. From minor to very extensive needs , they have been meticulous, attentive to detail, professional and very personal towards us. They are experts with unique and complex cars like mine. The cost is adequate and always fair. Mike is the owner and a very pleasant and professional man, he personally made sure my Rolls is in perfect condition, they even have a 12 month warranty with very high mileage. Once he even rescued us when my Rolls didn’t want to start , that was after his shop already closed! Wow! My father in law takes his Jaguar there , same positive experience. Tomorrow my Rolls Royce is going for a little maintenance and a small repair and I am excited to know she will be perfect in a couple of days because of the expertise of Kings Cross!

I feel completely satisfied with the quality of work they do, on whatever job I need done. This is now my go to shop and I would recommend this shop to anyone and it is definitely a place you can count on doing the job right the first time.

Robyn Campbell Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Kevin was extremely friendly, easy to talk to very personable. The mechanic that looked over my vehicle was so thorough. It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

Megan G My tire blew out, and these professionals were able to fix it at a fair price. $35! As a single mom with not much savings that is a spectacular price. Moreover, Grace and Francisco provided excellent customer service, and ensured all of my needs were met during my visit. This shop doesnt JUST do tires though. I will be back for my brakes and a general tune-up. This shop I highly recommend because they are honorable comment trustworthy and get the job done right the 1st time. Check them out!!!

Faith Garcia I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.
