Stephanie Bombita I have a 98’ Jeep Cherokee & have had some major issues with it the past couple of months, so I brought it to Meineke for the first time and this whole process of getting several car repairs, Taylor & his team have been nothing but kind, attentive when I’ve called, beyond helpful, available to get me in and at very reasonable prices. They also offer a military discount which helped even more, with these big repairs. They got all the repairs done efficiently and correctly, they got me back on the road and I’ve been able to use the Jeep to go to work, without worries. Thank you guys! And I appreciate all of you and also appreciate Taylor explaining everything from beginning details to ending details, I highly recommend them! Honest, reliable, super reasonable and polite.

Sherri Spain These guys have always been great to us! Currently I have a 2006 Infinity in the shop and being charged by the hour to find the issue. Im hoping 5 hours will be enough. More review to come after we get the bill. Praying for support and timeliness.

Sarah Cordell- Mendivel I got quoted $900 for an alternator from a place a friend recommended. So I called my nearest auto shop which luckily was Mikes. He quoted me $500 and when I drove it there he said the alternator looked fine, there was a missing cap and too much air. Didnt charge me a damn thing! Nice, knowledgeable guys! Thanks!

Ariel Young I cant say enough good things about Peters Imports in Vancouver! I recently brought in my "new to me" 1992 Volvo, which needed *a lot* of work to get it running properly—brakes, seals, ECM monitor, fuel pump work, and more! I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I tend to avoid them and try to handle repairs myself. But when I hit a wall and just couldn’t solve the issues, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly welcoming and in great spirits, which immediately put me at ease. They got me in quickly, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. When I took the car to work on the first day after the repairs, it still felt a little off. Without hesitation, they came out to my job to give the car a thorough once-over to make sure everything was safe. Turns out, the issue was actually with the tire- so my Volvo earned herself a *complete* makeover.. The fact that they drove out to me really blew me away. They were super kind about it too. They are absolutely my mechanics for life now—honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Vicki Thompson Peterson Automotive is a pleasure to work with. They greet customers like a friend. Great, quick service at prices that are more than fair. I have taken my car only to Petersons and wont go anywhere else. My last car issue was even fixed early which was a great surprise. The owners are really good people. THANK YOU PETERSON AUTOMOTIVE. Diana Mast Took my 2008 highlander in for an AC issue. Gaynors mechanic did a whole engine check for us.we had some issue that needed to be addressed now. Was able to get the job done in a record time. I am very happy with out come. Have AC working now and new timing belt and new spark plugs. The mechanic Scott was great explaining everything he did.. the staff were great also. I am going back soon to get another area fixed. I would recommend gaynors for auto repair went to Hazelldell location. Thank you Diana

Faith Garcia I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.

Kayal Josh was able to send his guy a ways up North to me. Got my 91 F250 7.3 IDI not only running but running healthy in 20 minutes after it sat dead for 11 months. I am very pleased with the service and will keep this outfit in mind if I need any more help. Thank you very much!!

Robyn Campbell Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Kevin was extremely friendly, easy to talk to very personable. The mechanic that looked over my vehicle was so thorough. It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

Amy Ek Jose did a fantastic job fixing my car when the parts that were hard to locate! Appreciate the extra effort to get my car fixed up and back on the road!
