1 /5 Lisa Ashley: My husband was referred to Dr Ryan and his first impression was not good. He came in wearing sweat pants and a carhartt tshirt. I would think a doctor would look alittle more professional. The first 15 mins Dr Ryan proceeded to fall asleep multiple times while my husband was discussing his concerns. Dr Ryan also kept yawning. He would fall asleep while taking notes also. Then he told my husband to Google the nervous system and try to figure out where the issues are starting from. Over all this visit was a waste of time and money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MAN.

1 /5 Susan Hardy: Amazing how terrible! I had an appointment on Tuesday at 1:00. I was notified on Monday that my three issues (mammogram results, bone density results and review of antidepressants) would require three individual appointments. I explained that coming three separate times was not feasible for me. They rescheduled the appointment for the 11:30 on Wednesday. After a wait for over an hour, Dr. Ryan came in to the exam room. He was explaining to me how hectic the day had been for him thus far and explained how the health care system in not operating efficiently. This went on for about 5 minutes. We then discussed my bone density and mammogram results. He was going to go check on some blood work, before he left I asked if we were going to discuss the depression issue. He indicated that this would be impossible to fit in to today’s schedule and that I need to schedule a one hour appointment in the future. So unprofessional! The office is disorganized and messy looking. One day he actually had his mangy dog following him around. Upon leaving my appointment I walked into the waiting room. He has as explaining to my friend, my ride, how upset I was. I asked, do you make a practice of discussing one patient with another? He said no! He would never do that. Wow, is all I can say. Moving on to a new practice where I can find some professionalism.

5 /5 Cathy Somdahl: I have to say I am very impressed with Dr. Ryan and his staff. I am a woman with a complex medical history having autoimmune disorders. Of course I see specialists, for those issues, but needed a good general practitioner too. Dr. Ryan is a genuine, down-to earth person, who has a relaxed, comfortable yet professional environment. I especially like that hes an animal lover and many times his dogs wander the halls and join in during appointments too. Personally, I look forward to seeing the dogs in the office it creates a "soothing" atmosphere. Ive seen my share of doctors over the course of my life and I appreciate how much he cares. He and his staff seem to go the extra mile to make sure that I get the care that I need. If he cannot treat what ails, me provides with me referrals to other competent medical professionals who can. While no one is perfect, and yes I have had to sit in the waiting room for awhile before, but I realize its because he is being thorough with his patient(s) and I too benefit from that so I am definitely not going to find fault with him in that regard. I think we all benefit from good doctors doing, what they do best which is care for us as their patients. Keep up the good work!

3 /5 Cassidy Goodrich: Great quality of care! When I can receive it, that is. I scheduled a telemed appointment, very clearly enunciated that it was a TELEMED appointment, and was not informed that it was changed to an in-person appointment until about 5 minutes before it was scheduled to start. I checked my email thoroughly, and nope, no email informing me of the change, nothing. Incredibly frustrating.

1 /5 Kelly Elliott: Dr Ryan is a good doctor, but his billing staff are not. I received a bill for $300 a YEAR AND A HALF after the last visit. It was for several visits and i asked if i could pay my bill after each visit..."no, youre all good" they would say. Then, dropped a $300 bomb on me just a few days before Christmas. I called the office and the reply i got was "we got behind because of COVID" ...whatever... A YEAR AND A HALF??? Ill pay the bill, but im not going back. Ridiculous
