4 /5 Dot Hailey: Most of my care has been satisfactory. However sometimes you are forced to wait in line forever to check in, this is at front. At least lab now has owe check in so this should help.
Other concern is lack of operators when you call for appointments, mostly you are forced to wait on hold forever or get call back. This is not always convenient if not always have access to phone.
Today at my appointment with primary care doctor I was called in my nurse timely but then had to wait in exam room for 25 minutes. I don’t feel this is acceptable, also it was totally freezing in this room.
I think there is room for improvement.
