Teresa Thomsen I have been having colonoscopy for years. This experience was very efficient, fast, and very professional. Nursing staff was friendly and kind. Dr Boon came in before the procedure, went over everything , took the time to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Normally you are very sleepy after the procedure, but I was awake and feeling good. When I was leaving Dr Boon came and talk to me about the results. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you

Makayla Lee They Cancelled my appointment day I made it (over a month ago) they claim they called me and left a voicemail but I show NO record of either. They told me that doctor I made an appointment with is leaving next month and that I fudged up by not calling and should not have scheduled it on THIER website. I’m a first time mom and the receptionist/ whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. The doctor is STILL on the website able to be chosen for appointments AND to pick as a PCP.

El Kom Skaikru Incredible customer service, super kind staff, clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, and just overall a great experience. I highly recommend! Dr Carlson provided a safe space for all of my medical inquiries, and I did not feel pressured or judged by any of the staff here. If you are looking for a PCP, this is the place for you!

Mary Tompkins Dr Thayer performed hernia surgery it was my 3rd surgery this year. I was very nervous and had a lot of anxiety. She was referred to me by another surgen and I am so grateful for her. Boone Myers Wife has been seeing an OBGYN here for a year and the service has been great, we just had a baby Wednesday and the delivery process was great. The admin side of this entity on the other hand... horrible experiences. They ask for ID, insurance card and act like theyve never seen you before. Even though we had been coming biweekly and weekly for two months. Booked an appointment to see a Trios pediatrician while in the Trios recovery wing. Showed up today for first pediatrician appointment, and they didnt have the reservation even though we had received the automated text messages conforming the appointment... frustrating to say the least.
