Trios Medical Group - Administration

Salesh Karan I was admitted into Trios Hospital for emergency care towards the middle of 2019. I underwent surgery and the doctors and nursing staff did a great job. However I have been disappointed with two issues: (1) I have attended two follow up visits and have not been seen by the doctor who was initially and still is assigned to my case on paper. A day before my appointment I always get a notification that I would be seen by another doctor? (2) I reside in Oregon and based on my family size and income (I am the sole bread winner for my family) I qualify for at least 80% charity. So I was a little surprised when I got 50% charity through Trios Hospital but even more surprised when Trios Medical refused apply this to my balance (both places use one application)

Rachel Donaldson, MD - Resident Physician

Julie Watts Dr.Donaldson is a caring doctor, and it felt like she really listened to our issues and has a vested interest in getting to the root of the problem and finding a solution. Would definitely recommend!

Tri-Cities Primary Care

Skye I have been a patient of Jasons for many years. I followed him from Kadlec to here and even recommended my coworkers to him. I can usually get right in and love the friendly staff. The online booking is great too.

Thomas K. Westhusing, DO

Laura Schmidt I have been a patient of Dr Westhusings since 2012 or before. He is the most thorough doctor I have EVER had. He looks for an answer when he needs to. Normally he is just verifying what he has already said. I GREATLY appreciate this in his style. This reminds me of my favorite teachers who always told the class to check their work. This doctor felt a lump in my throat and sent me to an endocrinologist. That doctor said it was fine. Said I didnt need a biopsy. He told her it didnt matter what she thought, just do the biopsy! Yeah, it was a malignant tumor on my thyroid. He was there when I showed major anemia and called me before I could make it home, when I was bleeding from unknown source. Five units of plasma later the hospitalist sent me home. The next week I was in the ER bleeding again. Dr sent me to the hospital across the bridge. I was in for almost a week and another five units but he did not give up on me. Because of him I am alive. Thank you for all of this. When doctor moved to Kadlec, so did I!

Tri-Cities Digestive Health Center

Teresa Thomsen I have been having colonoscopy for years. This experience was very efficient, fast, and very professional. Nursing staff was friendly and kind. Dr Boon came in before the procedure, went over everything , took the time to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Normally you are very sleepy after the procedure, but I was awake and feeling good. When I was leaving Dr Boon came and talk to me about the results. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you

Kadlec Family Medicine Residency Clinic

Britt Clark So far this location has great doctors but pretty inattentive medical assistants. I was left to wait in a room for my paperwork at noon, and no one came in to give me my papers because theyd all gone to lunch. Sat waiting for 20 min or more. I had to have someone unlock the front door just to get out.

Quail Ridge Family Practice

Cathy Somdahl I have to say I am very impressed with Dr. Ryan and his staff. I am a woman with a complex medical history having autoimmune disorders. Of course I see specialists, for those issues, but needed a good general practitioner too. Dr. Ryan is a genuine, down-to earth person, who has a relaxed, comfortable yet professional environment. I especially like that hes an animal lover and many times his dogs wander the halls and join in during appointments too. Personally, I look forward to seeing the dogs in the office it creates a "soothing" atmosphere. Ive seen my share of doctors over the course of my life and I appreciate how much he cares. He and his staff seem to go the extra mile to make sure that I get the care that I need. If he cannot treat what ails, me provides with me referrals to other competent medical professionals who can. While no one is perfect, and yes I have had to sit in the waiting room for awhile before, but I realize its because he is being thorough with his patient(s) and I too benefit from that so I am definitely not going to find fault with him in that regard. I think we all benefit from good doctors doing, what they do best which is care for us as their patients. Keep up the good work!

Trios Southridge Hospital - Emergency Services

Karla Martin I needed to take my daughter to the ER and there was a zero wait time. The intake coordinator, RN, and provider were all very fast at getting my daughter back to an exam room and getting her visit started within minutes of arrival. The provider and nurse were incredibly patient and kind and took the time to answer all of our questions. It made what could have been a very scary event for an 11 year old a comfortable, relaxed (well, as relaxed as an emergency room trip can be) visit.
