CrazyApfel I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. T. M. Brenner They did an awesome job fixing my AC and doing an alignment, and it was much more affordable than I would have guessed. I was worried theyd say I needed a whole new AC system, but they were honest and let me know it was just a valve that needed replacing. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Ill definitely be getting help from Gaynors in the future.

Scott Peterson This shop was recommended to me by a friend and having taken my wifes Explorer there and explaining to Jim the owner what the issue was he was up front what it would cost to repair it and if anything else popped up he would call me before continuing. After the work was complete the bill was what he said it was with no surprises. Very honest and highly recommended.

Faith Garcia I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.

Jennifer Chamberlin Hands down, the best auto shop, Ive ever worked with. The owner has extremely fair pricing and excellent integrity. I had my water pump replaced and a very hard electrical/fuel pump repair. They are kind and thourough and definitely go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical repairs. This is definitely my "go to" shop from now on!!!

Vicki Thompson Peterson Automotive is a pleasure to work with. They greet customers like a friend. Great, quick service at prices that are more than fair. I have taken my car only to Petersons and wont go anywhere else. My last car issue was even fixed early which was a great surprise. The owners are really good people. THANK YOU PETERSON AUTOMOTIVE. Sherri Spain These guys have always been great to us! Currently I have a 2006 Infinity in the shop and being charged by the hour to find the issue. Im hoping 5 hours will be enough. More review to come after we get the bill. Praying for support and timeliness.

Eddie Odoms Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles. I had been shopping around for tires but hadn’t made a final decision. When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, they noticed how worn my tires were and asked if I wanted to replace them. I figured it would take a few days, but they sourced exactly what I wanted and had them installed the same day. No upselling, just genuine care and fast, reliable service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and personal attention. Highly recommend!
