James Salomon After the last mechanic, He made a point of degrading his integrity. I went to garzas garage and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and straight business sense. They took the time to show me the old parts and why things needed to be changed. Very competitive pricing...lower then others. On top of the work, they had an employee meal. I was invited to eat with them. If he ever wanted to get out of mechanic business, he could be a cook it was delicious. I also had wonderful conversations about the Holy Bible. I can work on my own car, and im a decent cook.

Grace Hecht 10/10 would recommend! I was told by another shop that they couldn’t find the problem with my car and it wasn’t safe to drive my car. I found A1 Automotive, gave them a call and they squeezed me in the same day. They were able to diagnose the clear issues with my car and fix it so it’s running smoothly. They’ve gained my trust and I’ll definitely be back the next time I need any car service.

Mike Dillmon They are honest and reliable. The prices are reasonable and I really appreciate them telling me whether the fix is necessary or if its something that can wait. I trust them fully with my vehicles and this is the only auto shop I recommend to others.

Thomas Mackowiak Kings Cross is my number one service center. They take care of my Rolls Royce Silver Spur. From minor to very extensive needs , they have been meticulous, attentive to detail, professional and very personal towards us. They are experts with unique and complex cars like mine. The cost is adequate and always fair. Mike is the owner and a very pleasant and professional man, he personally made sure my Rolls is in perfect condition, they even have a 12 month warranty with very high mileage. Once he even rescued us when my Rolls didn’t want to start , that was after his shop already closed! Wow! My father in law takes his Jaguar there , same positive experience. Tomorrow my Rolls Royce is going for a little maintenance and a small repair and I am excited to know she will be perfect in a couple of days because of the expertise of Kings Cross!

Sarah Cordell- Mendivel I got quoted $900 for an alternator from a place a friend recommended. So I called my nearest auto shop which luckily was Mikes. He quoted me $500 and when I drove it there he said the alternator looked fine, there was a missing cap and too much air. Didnt charge me a damn thing! Nice, knowledgeable guys! Thanks!

Al Lee I just had an oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change....they did not know how to reset the Oil Change light on the dashboard and for some reason the engine light was on. So I decided I would just reset it myself. This was not as easy as I thought. If you own a BMW or Mercedes....find a business that specializes on these vehicles. I called Bavarian Autoworks located in Vancouver. I talked with Jason and he told me to bring the BMW over and he would look at it. They cleared to Oil Change light....and had to do more work to get the engine light off. Apparently, Valvoline in the rush to get you in and out disconnected some hoses that caused the engine light to go on. Jason and his mechanic took the time to plug back in the hoses and made sure everything was good. I was not trying to save money....but because of convenience....I stopped at a Valvoline. Just stupid. Check out Bavarian Autoworks....they are nice people and give them a chance on your service needs. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you again Team Bavarian Autoworks!!!

Eddie Odoms Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles. I had been shopping around for tires but hadn’t made a final decision. When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, they noticed how worn my tires were and asked if I wanted to replace them. I figured it would take a few days, but they sourced exactly what I wanted and had them installed the same day. No upselling, just genuine care and fast, reliable service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and personal attention. Highly recommend!

T. M. Brenner They did an awesome job fixing my AC and doing an alignment, and it was much more affordable than I would have guessed. I was worried theyd say I needed a whole new AC system, but they were honest and let me know it was just a valve that needed replacing. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Ill definitely be getting help from Gaynors in the future.

CrazyApfel I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business.
