Vivienne Lewis I’ve been bringing my car to Honest-1 Auto Care in Vancouver since I moved to Vancouver about four years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service. They truly live up to their name—honest in every sense. They’re upfront about costs and the work that needs to be done, and I’ve never felt pressured into repairs that aren’t necessary. In fact, they’ve told me more than once that certain fixes could wait until my next oil change, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and even show me parts of my car so I understand what’s going on. Their transparency and kindness go a long way. I trust them completely and will be a loyal customer for life!

Nicole Actkinson Manuel ans his team have serviced my car for as long as Ive been in vancouver, which is 9 years. He does excellent work, great prices, and everytime I need to get something done quickly and in a "pinch" he always squeezes me in and services me that day. He goes above and beyond when understanding your situation and needs and meets you graciously in the middle. Hes not like other auto places that try to gouge you. Tell him what you need and he will deliver. I highly recommend!!!!

I have taken my car only to Petersons and wont go anywhere else. My last car issue was even fixed early which was a great surprise. The owners are really good people. THANK YOU PETERSON AUTOMOTIVE. Diana Mast Took my 2008 highlander in for an AC issue. Gaynors mechanic did a whole engine check for us.we had some issue that needed to be addressed now. Was able to get the job done in a record time. I am very happy with out come. Have AC working now and new timing belt and new spark plugs. The mechanic Scott was great explaining everything he did.. the staff were great also. I am going back soon to get another area fixed. I would recommend gaynors for auto repair went to Hazelldell location. Thank you Diana

Merry Berry If you are looking for an honest, reliable place to get car repairs or oil changes in Vancouver, I highly recommend Cascade Park Automotive. Its always nerve-wracking choosing a new car repair shop, but the owner, Justin, was upfront with me about what needs to be fixed now vs. what might need to be fixed down the road. He will not try to sell you on anything you dont need like so many other repair shops. Justin will save you money, and on top of that, he is communicative and courteous. Skip the chains and support this local business.

Simeon Muller Went in with problems created by another shop and they took care of me as if I had been their customer for years. They are upfront with them being short on staff but also they make sure they fix your problem even if it takes a bit longer. Honesty and quality over quickness will win me over every time. This will be our new go to mechanic.

James Salomon After the last mechanic, He made a point of degrading his integrity. I went to garzas garage and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and straight business sense. They took the time to show me the old parts and why things needed to be changed. Very competitive pricing...lower then others. On top of the work, they had an employee meal. I was invited to eat with them. If he ever wanted to get out of mechanic business, he could be a cook it was delicious. I also had wonderful conversations about the Holy Bible. I can work on my own car, and im a decent cook.

CrazyApfel I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. Kealey Calloway Came in as a walk in late in the day for their hours, they were honest about what they had going on that day and asked if they could hold the car overnight if they couldnt get to it same day. I was totally fine with it and it was ready to go around 10am the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate the last second help.
