Vivienne Lewis I’ve been bringing my car to Honest-1 Auto Care in Vancouver since I moved to Vancouver about four years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service. They truly live up to their name—honest in every sense. They’re upfront about costs and the work that needs to be done, and I’ve never felt pressured into repairs that aren’t necessary. In fact, they’ve told me more than once that certain fixes could wait until my next oil change, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and even show me parts of my car so I understand what’s going on. Their transparency and kindness go a long way. I trust them completely and will be a loyal customer for life!

Nichole Lynott They are great! We will be calling them for all our future repairs on our BMW X5 and our BMW 323. They listened to us when we knew what was wrong, and didnt charge us for a diagnosis....they worked with us when we bought the wrong parts first, then returned when we got the right parts. They charged really fair prices for the labor, and my baby is back on the road and happy! Thank you guys sooo much!

Jeff Chilcote Went to check them out after reading some reviews. The reviews were correct, they fixed my brake problem at a reasonable price and explained to me that I will need brakes done probably in a year or so. I spent a little time talking to the owner and his vision of how to run this business and treat customers is refreshing.

Kealey Calloway Came in as a walk in late in the day for their hours, they were honest about what they had going on that day and asked if they could hold the car overnight if they couldnt get to it same day. I was totally fine with it and it was ready to go around 10am the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate the last second help.

Thomas Mackowiak Kings Cross is my number one service center. They take care of my Rolls Royce Silver Spur. From minor to very extensive needs , they have been meticulous, attentive to detail, professional and very personal towards us. They are experts with unique and complex cars like mine. The cost is adequate and always fair. Mike is the owner and a very pleasant and professional man, he personally made sure my Rolls is in perfect condition, they even have a 12 month warranty with very high mileage. Once he even rescued us when my Rolls didn’t want to start , that was after his shop already closed! Wow! My father in law takes his Jaguar there , same positive experience. Tomorrow my Rolls Royce is going for a little maintenance and a small repair and I am excited to know she will be perfect in a couple of days because of the expertise of Kings Cross!

Katie Dew I inherited a vehicle and it has been sitting on and off for about a year so I took it to Caseys to get an inspection to ensure it was safe to continue to drive. The service was amazing. I didnt feel like I was being forced into buying a service that I didnt need and my advisor "JH" explained all of the recommended services and placed them in order of priority. Scott Peterson This shop was recommended to me by a friend and having taken my wifes Explorer there and explaining to Jim the owner what the issue was he was up front what it would cost to repair it and if anything else popped up he would call me before continuing. After the work was complete the bill was what he said it was with no surprises. Very honest and highly recommended.

T. M. Brenner They did an awesome job fixing my AC and doing an alignment, and it was much more affordable than I would have guessed. I was worried theyd say I needed a whole new AC system, but they were honest and let me know it was just a valve that needed replacing.
