Lindsay Johnston This company seems awesome. They have a shuttle service which is really helpful. They got me in last minute before a big road trip. The guy who drove the shuttle had so many great things to say about the company —“best boss I’ve ever had.” The inspection report they texted me was really handy and easy to understand. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. I mentioned that I was pretty handy and they said I could save $30 by fixing my taillight myself. That type of service makes me WANT to support them and give them my money. THANK YOU!

Roy Peterson Took my 2024 Prius Prime for the initial 6 month maintenance visit. Staff was very friendly and the service advisor Nelson Rios listened to my concerns regarding the dead 12 volt battery issue I experienced. It’s important to feel that you are being heard with any concern. It was a good visit experience. I dropped the car off so I didn’t enjoy the nice waiting area the dealership has. Maybe next visit.

Karen Pierce Last night I opened my driver side door, as a wind gust blew it out of my hand. It snapped open, and bent the edge of the front quarter panel. The result being I could only open it about 10 in, to slide in sideways!! I wasnt sure what it would take to fix this, but I thought it would be expensive. Called Highland garage this afternoon, and Charlie came to my rescue. With his know-how, he managed to pry the dented edge back, and saved the day. Problem solved, and Im so grateful. Many thanks:)

Chris L Tyler at 360 Automotive really came through for us! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a prepurchase inspection on a used car we were considering. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough weve seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

Justin Ford First off, Andy is a rock star.  I dont use that term lightly, but Ill explain more below. We have been struggling to get our 5.7L I/O running this whole boating season. After having the carb rebuilt elsewhere and being assured that everything was tip top, we dropped the boat in on the Columbia and the boat wouldnt start. After a quick Google search, we found Performance Carburetor Services. We met with Andy around closing time and ran through the issues. The next day, Andy had rebuilt the carb, fixed issues the other mechanic had introduced and then met us on the water to make sure the boat would start and run as it should, and ended up finding the root cause of our issues, which had been a failed electric choke thermostat power line. Andy adjusted the carb to run as is intended, and got us out on the water, and ended up diagnosing an unrelated ignition problem to boot. Andys skill, knowledge, and integrity are top notch. I would drive from Seattle back to tri cities for future maintenance on the boat and my cars for the expertise and professionalism experienced with Andy and Performance Carburetor.

Seth Gillihan I personally have never had to take a car to Cronks but I work for a company that has picked up and/or droped of dozens of customers there and I have to say I have never once heard a single bad thing about them. In fact they all have expressed nothing but wonderful things about them all the way from how wonderful that staff is, to the amazing work they do, the speed of service is lightning fast, the fact it is a local "ma n pa" shop, the competitive rates ("cheapest in town") their words and how they take pretty stressful experience and turn it into a pleasant and as wonderful experience as one could hope for. If you want a all around great experience I recommend you call the wonderful staff down there Im richland, right across from Fred Meyers.
