5 /5 Robyn Campbell: Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Kevin was extremely friendly, easy to talk to very personable. The mechanic that looked over my vehicle was so thorough. It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

5 /5 Holli Rapp: These guys are amazing! My truck broke down two days before a big camping trip. I had it towed to them after reading so many positive google reviews. The problem required dropping the transmission to replace two parts. I thought there is no way they are going to be able to get my truck back to me in time for my trip. They did it! I am so grateful! They have a really cool way of sending their planned procedure via text with pictures for your approval. They took the time to explain what needed fixed and why. They also showed me the damaged parts that were replaced. I highly recommend this business. Just wanted to add that they did check up on me a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Put over 600 miles towing jet skis without any problems.

5 /5 Teri Stringer: Search no further for a good honest mechanic shop. Kevin and his team are amazing. I had a check engine light, the news not great. I asked Kevin about another option to get a little more life out of my car. He did not hesitate to offer one and my car was ready to go in 3 hours. I had another issue with ABS warning light...he researched it had a recall. Who does that anymore?? Kevin and team go the extra mile. Thank you!

1 /5 Faith Garcia: I was shopping for a permanent auto repair place I could take my newly purchased 1995 Toyota 4Runner. Because she is a used car I expected to pay thousands of dollars to get her back in tip top shape. What I didnt expect was to spend thousands of dollars and not be informed of everything that needed to be fixed on her and paying for work that was not done or was done poorly. I spent a little less than $5,700 for 4 separate visits within 3 months to Master Tech. The reason I found out certain parts werent even replaced was because I took her to a different shop after her last visit (because after every visit to Master Tech her check engine light would come back on within 24 hours.) The last time I got her back her defrost was blowing cold air. We were having freezing temperatures and it was EXTREMELY unsafe to drive her. The milage for my 4 Runner on my last bill was not correct on the paperwork and I received an odd message which led me to believe they had me mixed up with another customer at some point. When I went to pick her up I was treated coldly and greeted with "So, youre Faith," and told they didnt want to see me back until she was ready for an oil change. Even though I had previously been told that they could do her body work repair needed on the passenger side and I asked if I could get an estimate from them when I came in.The rude passive aggressive treatment I received, the cold air blowing out of her defrost and the check engine light coming on the next day was more than enough reason for me to take her to another shop. At the other shop they ran full diagnostics and a physical inspection (which they also did at Master Tech) revealing that the heating cable was not connected, my break lights were not working, my brakes desperately needed to be changed (which wasnt even mentioned at Master Tech.) The part that Master Tech had supposedly replaced (that was apparently faulty the first and second time they replaced it) had in fact not been working. Though the part was covered, I had to spend $350 for the labor to switch it out a second time. I just spent $6,932 at this new shop and shes finally running great and Im so happy I found a place that seems interested in my business and is thorough. I feel like the prices are not worth the visit at Master Tech, they also charge a 3% fee for paying with a debit/credit card. For a simple oil change and basic maintenance they might be fine but if you purchased a used car like me and you just want to make sure its street legal and youre fixing and/or updating it in order to give it a longer life, find a shop that seems to care about what youre looking for and will pay attention to detail when working on your car. The sad thing is I really wanted to love this shop and there are some awesome employees there but I think they are just looking for easy repetitive jobs in order to pay the bills (my impression.) *Last 4 pictures courtesy of Master Tech Automotive.*

5 /5 Jennifer Geoffroy: Kevin & the entire crew were fantastic from start to finish. Found that I needed a new engine from diagnostic tests. Quickly ordered since they knew time was of the essence for me that this was my only provision of transportation. While waiting for new engine, they stripped out old one to get ready for new rebuilt arrival. Gave me a great deal on new front window which was cracked. Went over pics taken during diagnostic test.From start to finish took 16 calendar (not business) days. Were thorough & efficient. Needed new radiator & power steering oil leak parts. Went above & beyond. New starter. Felt my car was in great hands with their knowledge & skilled techs. Customer service was great. Kept me informed throughout the process. Breaking it in & new rebuilt engine & parts seem to be working great so far. They have my future business.
