Nicole Actkinson Manuel ans his team have serviced my car for as long as Ive been in vancouver, which is 9 years. He does excellent work, great prices, and everytime I need to get something done quickly and in a "pinch" he always squeezes me in and services me that day. He goes above and beyond when understanding your situation and needs and meets you graciously in the middle. Hes not like other auto places that try to gouge you. Tell him what you need and he will deliver. I highly recommend!!!!

Elizabeth Gordon I had the absolute best experience at The Brake Shop! Luke (I believe the owner) personally took care of my car, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was upfront, honest, and took the time to explain everything before doing any work—no surprises, just great service. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and the quality of his work was top-notch. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he also seems like a genuinely kind and good person who truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and customer care. If you need brake work done, do yourself a favor and go see Luke at The Brake Shop! I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Eddie Odoms Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles. I had been shopping around for tires but hadn’t made a final decision. When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, they noticed how worn my tires were and asked if I wanted to replace them. I figured it would take a few days, but they sourced exactly what I wanted and had them installed the same day. No upselling, just genuine care and fast, reliable service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and personal attention. Highly recommend!

Vicki Thompson Peterson Automotive is a pleasure to work with. They greet customers like a friend. Great, quick service at prices that are more than fair. I have taken my car only to Petersons and wont go anywhere else. My last car issue was even fixed early which was a great surprise. The owners are really good people. THANK YOU PETERSON AUTOMOTIVE. Drc Knowledgable, honest and trustworthy! Used them for the second time with my older Dodge Ram diesel truck that had some cooling problems. They could have taken me to the cleaners but the system checked out good and the fix was simple and minor. Strongly recommend them!

Tracy Black DO NOT look any further if you need any service on your vehicle!!! I hesitate to write this review because it may be difficult to obtain an appointment if many more visit their facility and experience the work they do at such a fair price. They are HONEST and will not schedule service if you don’t need something. Their reviews should ALL be 5++! I cannot imagine why someone would have any issues. In my automotive experience of 50 years I rarely find anyone so professional, knowledgeable, personable! Their level of expertise and attention to detail are unmatched.

Faith Garcia I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.
