Tracy Chaw I initially went to Patriot Express Tire & Oil just for an oil change, but after I mentioned a noise while driving, they did a free and thorough inspection of my tires and CV axles. They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Dallas, but I still wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve more visibility and higher ratings!

Michael Harrison I was offered a very generous price for a water pump replacement and the customer service was incredibly friendly. Had my car repaired in less than a day and they showed me exactly what was wrong with the part after it had been removed. Highly recommend!

James Bagley All the crew are amazing with their caring, honest approach to diagnose and not change good parts out, but be precise. I went to 6 shops, including Audi Plano service center Majors identification of the low voltage from the ecm to the A5 Quattro camshaft position sensor. They swapped parts from left to right to confirm the cam parts were good, but the ecm was not . I got an estimate, and insurance covered my bills, too . My car was waiting on parts at their lot for weeks with no parking fees when parts were ordered. The staff will earn your trust . The manager will follow up to make everything right also.

Michaela Hardy They definitely live up to the name and showed Integrity start to finish! I found this place due to high reviews and I see why they have the rating they do. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Jason Moschos Prompt and high quality service at an excellent price. My car would not start and a jump was not working. He came out, diagnosed the issue (failing alternator killed the battery), and replaced the battery all same day and for less than just the cost of the tow to a mechanic would have been. Cannot recommend enough if you are lucky enough to be at home when your car dies!

Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. Alexa Woody I can’t recommend The Auto Shop enough! They saved me nearly $3,000 compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me—and honestly, what the dealership was trying to do felt like a total scam. The guys here are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop you can actually trust. The facility itself is also clean, well-kept, and professional. If you’re looking for a place that won’t take advantage of you and will treat you right, this is it.
