Knowledgeable and honest, always willing to help answer any questions, and shows true compassion towards customers. i have never received such amazing treatment, developed sense of trust, or level of care from any shop i’ve been to and we all know how stressful car troubles can be on their own so it is appreciated immensely!! i had the same car problem for two years and got the same responses from every place i took it to but no one ever fixed it. I brought my car in at 1:30pm yesterday, received my diagnostics information via online which made it insanely easy, and received a call and text when my car was ready before 10:30am this morning. Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

5 /5 Jonathan Mott: Phil’s Service was truly amazing ensured that what I was concerned about when working on my SUV was their top priority. They ensured that my A/C system was correctly functioning and repaired with in days. Their professional team and environment was very supportive to ensuring you got what you needed and nothing more. No pressure to do anything additionally just to make money. Hands down recommend this shop. Also very Military friendly understanding they need their vehicles to get back and forth with in days versus weeks.

5 /5 Reginald Harper: Had an electrical issue with an older model car a week prior to PCSing from Ft Hood. The part needed for the repair was not easy to find and would take too long to arrive before I needed to leave. This amazing company took my short timeline into consideration and not only found the part, but were willing to travel to another city to get it (at no extra charge to me). Ultimately they were able to repair my vehicle so that I could make it to my next duty station and also followed up with me to ensure I made it safely! Hands down the best auto shop in the area!

Even when I couldn’t make up my mind, he remained calm and worked with me without any pressure. The service was excellent, and the work on my car was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
