5 /5 Kim Vaughan: I was hesitant to get new tires put on at Walmart but I had no choice. Found this was a great place to take care of what I needed! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable . The lady checking me in and getting the work done didn’t just just go ahead and it the new tire but suggested I should have both front tires replaced instead of just the one because the difference in tires would cause problems later on. She fit me in without an appointment with hardly any wait time. Best service! It sure changed my mind about Walmart Automotive!

2 /5 Graciela Conklin: This particular location used to be great, we have bought sets of tires for all our vehicles. However, lately their service has been horrible. Recently we took one of our vehicles to have the tires checked on a Friday, and then the tire light came on again. I took the vehicle back Saturday morning (7 am) and was asked to return because there was only one worker. I came back around 11 am and dropped off the vehicle, showed the nail in the middle of tire and was asked to pick it up around 5 pm. When I picked the vehicle I was told that the nail was not removed because it didn’t go through and they didn’t think I wanted to buy a new tire. They didn’t give me the option to make a choice. I asked if the TPMS were checked and the worker stated no, they have the machine to check the sensor; however, the manager who doesn’t come to work until tomorrow is the only one who knows how to use the machine. Needless to say, we took the vehicle to Superior Auto and will not be buying anymore tires from Walmart Auto Center!

1 /5 Maria Yanez: On my way to Houston from the valley, I noticed I had a bad tire , I didnt want to take a risk, and I stopped here to buy a new tire , it was 6:23 and they didnt want to install the tire , they told me they already started to clean the area for closing, eventhough I told him it was an emergency and they close at 7 pm.

1 /5 Butch Utley: I’ve come here a few times for new tires and every single time they took at least 2 hours more than how long i was told it would take. Do not waste your time with these people and just go to a tire shop

1 /5 Francine Garza: Paid for tires at Walmart online and set appointment, showed up to my appointment 20 min early, while I was there they were finding all kinds of reasons to turn people away. While we were there 3 people got turned away including us after purchasing tires and setting appointment. We will never go there again!! They were short staffed so did not want to get to much work so the staff they had would not get overwhelmed instead of just communicating to customers.
