Isaiah Shean Was living in Temple for a year while mobilized for the military. As a service advisor/auto tech on the civilian side of my life, it is very hard to trust another shop that is not my own that I work for. I tried one place prior to Christian Brothers and was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The next and only shop I used the rest of the year I was here was this Christian Brother facility. My first interaction was with Spencer up front and to be honest he reminded me a bit of myself when it came to customer service. They always got me right in, Spencer and the other guys up front were always kind, I never had drips after having the oil changed, knowing the position I was in they never tried to sell me any unnecessary things. I always left feeling like they did a good job and I never had to worry. Appreciate the assistance, and was glad I didn’t have to worry about changing my own oil while I was down here. Thank you! If I’m ever back this way, this is where I’ll go.

David Taylor I went there two times. Once for a small tire repair, 2nd time to get a small weld done on my old office chair. Both times I was made to feel "welcome" and the prices charged were well below what I was expecting. My only negative was waiting. I was a career-retired soldier so I was used to saiting. After all, their main business is with the BIG rigs.

I went to this location because I remember how he took care of me when I stopped for an oil change one morning. He quoted me a better price and I got my brakes done plus an oil change. Knowledgeable and honest, always willing to help answer any questions, and shows true compassion towards customers. i have never received such amazing treatment, developed sense of trust, or level of care from any shop i’ve been to and we all know how stressful car troubles can be on their own so it is appreciated immensely!! i had the same car problem for two years and got the same responses from every place i took it to but no one ever fixed it. I brought my car in at 1:30pm yesterday, received my diagnostics information via online which made it insanely easy, and received a call and text when my car was ready before 10:30am this morning. Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

Robert Plain engine kit for a 1500 Dodge 4.7 although they did not buy the kit , I met some very friendly and respectfull people. THEY Are animal friendly and Knoligable, And hey.... While your work is getting done you can enjoy the game room around the corner Lil Bobbys is the place to be .
