Danielle Welch My husband already left a review but I just wanted to share my experience. As a mom of 4, being without a vehicle for a long period of time can be very disruptive to our lifestyle. THANKFULLY, we didn’t have to worry about that with Reasonable Auto Repair. They had my car for less than 36 hours and we were back on the road again. I felt that the price we paid for the alternator replacement was very fair & the staff was friendly! I’m going to be honest… this was our first time using this repair shop and upon arrival I wasn’t really impressed with the shop location and size. I judged a book by a cover and I am ashamed that I did because the service we received was better than some of the bigger chains we are used to going to. We’re new to the area… but it’s safe to say we’re going to be using Reasonable again!! Thank you!!

Tiffani Mitzel Our alternator died just two minutes from Garcia’s auto repair while we were on a road trip. They were able to get it fixed same day and for a great price. We were so thankful they were able to get us back on the road so quickly!

We went for an oil change today & found that Walmart had an excellent price for them so we went on ahead & replaced them today. Excellent customer service as well! Lucy Blue I just wanted to thank Jason for rescuing me yet again. Hes worked on my SUV several times for a few different things and Ive always been pleased with his repairs. Hes very good at diagnosing whats wrong and getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner and he will even let you know if something doesnt need repairing instead of just selling you a repair job you dont really need. Knowledgeable and honest, always willing to help answer any questions, and shows true compassion towards customers. i have never received such amazing treatment, developed sense of trust, or level of care from any shop i’ve been to and we all know how stressful car troubles can be on their own so it is appreciated immensely!! i had the same car problem for two years and got the same responses from every place i took it to but no one ever fixed it. I brought my car in at 1:30pm yesterday, received my diagnostics information via online which made it insanely easy, and received a call and text when my car was ready before 10:30am this morning. Not only was it a fast turnaround, but the customer service i received was truly the cherry on top! highly highly recommend.

James Lewis Ashton was a life saver for me today. I’ve been dealing with no A/C for about 2 months now, and have been trying to figure it out myself since it went out. But I finally had to give in and take it to a shop for professional help. His prices were more than fair and he was able to diagnose, order parts, and install parts all within a working day. I couldn’t ask for better service, especially in this field of work, when it’s sometimes hard to trust mechanics.
